“Model Projects were a delight, from the initial brief with James who immediately took my requirements and turned them into a fantastic design - spot on first time with no amendments necessary. Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough. Dealing with the local authority, building control, structural engineers and the many contractors was done with calm and determination and I now have my dream space.”

“Louise made the whole process a very enjoyable experience. From the start she asked questions and listened to the answers, which means that I have a space that I want and is not only lovely, but works well for my family. I felt the pressure taken off me as after the design phase Louise liaised with the builders for me to ensure everyone was working together and that gave me confidence that it would all come together smoothly. She is very calm and reassuring. I have already recommended her on to friends and will do so again!”

“VC Design was recommended to me and I would do the same without hesitation. We contacted Veronica about drawing up plans for our ground floor extension and although conceptually we had a clear idea of what we wanted to she was invaluable in advising us how to best use the space and our options within the parameters of planning. She also contacted previous clients and arranged for us to see the work they had done, this allowed us to see first hand some of the ideas we had discussed. Veronica submitted the planning application and we have now received our approval - a job very well done.”

“The most efficient and friendly staff, highly professional team that can execute your kitchen dreams and desires to an exact specification! The expertise that the team had from the inception with the detailed drawings with great design ideas and 3D visuals created by Sonya, and the level of detail from the installation manager Avtar who was on site during the process and the complete knowledge of every aspect of a kitchen from appliances, accessories, colour schemes and materials and the utilization of space from the directors Ajit and Sukh gave us clear confidence in their work and passion for the job and service provided. They were extremely personable, warm, friendly and charming and a complete joy to have been serviced by. The finished product has been complimented by every guest and is now clearly the highlight of our home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great quality kitchen with fantastic service to go with it! Our family thank you Design Abode for realising our dream kitchen. One happy customer!”

“We employed Christine Peever to provide us with architectural services to renovate a 4 storey property dating back to 1912. The property was in a very poor state and we had no experience of such a project. Christine was an excellent listener to our needs and I felt she understood our strengths and weaknesses as her clients and adapted herself to us both as individuals to create our vision. Her note taking was faultless and she carried out all changes with exactness and efficiency, of which there were many! We also have to thank her for her endless patience during the decision making processes. She pushed us hard to make as many decisions as possible before going out to tender and this has inevitably assisted us with keeping our budget under control. We look forward to welcoming her back to the property shortly so that she can see what she helped us to create.”

“I worked with JF Projects on a couple of projects and Jonathan is great at getting things done on time and within budget. He provides solutions which has brought us a lot of savings. He gets the liaising done between the Client and the Design Team so that we can just get on with the work. He also looks out for issues with the project before they arrise so that they do not slow the job down. I would recommend working with him and his team.”

“Stephen is a fantastic architect, with great attention to detail, a superb ability to make best use of space and always aware of the best perspectives of the work he proposes. He is very talented at maximising both space and light. He is very good at liaising with planners and is very skilled at getting the most he can get away with, while not wasting time/money on what is unachievable. We have worked with him on several projects and have always been extremely happy with his work. We have never had to chase him, in fact quite the opposite - he is always a step or two ahead of us. Although not an interior designer, he is always coming up with interesting ideas and always has great taste. Our last 2 projects with Stephen ended up on the front cover of magazines. He is very proud of the work he does and we cannot recommend him too highly.”

“CADup Ltd are a friendly and professional company that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. I have used CAD UP to produce technical detail drawings for my business since 2010 and have always been happy with the service they provide. The drawings are produced with meticulous detail and are presented clearly. Their costs are reasonable and go out of their way to meet deadlines. I would heartily recommend them to any one looking for architectural or detailed drawings.”

“CATO creative have designed and project management our house refurbishment. They've literally done everything for us and have designed a fantastic family home that considers everybody including the cats. Right from the start the level of creativity and imagination has they have shown has been fantastic. I never imagined that we've have fairground lights in the loo, a metal staircase to the loft and a gloss red staircase in the hallway - We have! Throughout the process they involved us fully in the fun bits and left us out of all the hard work. They took care of all the planning and permissions required to start the works. To find a builder the team completed a tender for us helping us appoint the right contractor. During the build they managed everybody making sure it all happened at the right time. Hopefully the photographs will be shared soon.”

“We used Des and his team for a new build and renovation project in Leicestershire. From the beginning they focused on our requirements and ensured they delivered it. The building was well designed, fitted the conservation area perfectly and on budget. The DesEwing business provided a unique design that gets noticed for all the right reasons. Materials used were the best and even the choice of brick made a huge difference. We would recommend DesEwing Residential Architects without reservation. Kate Smart”
