She is reliable, professional and very pleasant to work with. She worked closely with us to give us not only just what we wanted but also made valuable suggestions which proved to be a large benefit to the final scheme. KWA project managed all the building works as we had very specific requirements and wanted to use specialised contractors. We have worked with Rob on a challenging new build in Rottingdean where planning permission was tough to gain and came with incredibly tight restrictions. With constraints on size, this project demanded a creative design to maximise both space and light, whilst also meeting the clients dream of a traditional Arts & Crafts style house.
We are currently working with Rob to build a stunning extension on a Victorian house which is also progressing well. It's a pleasure to work with Rob, we receive the detailed plans we need and communication is open and supportive - we really couldn't recommend Three|Eleven more highly.”

They were available with patients to answer any questions, especially for me as I am poor at understanding architectural drawings. They made it easy for me to visualise the end product. “CATO creative have designed and project management our house refurbishment. They've literally done everything for us and have designed a fantastic family home that considers everybody including the cats.
Right from the start the level of creativity and imagination has they have shown has been fantastic. I never imagined that we've have fairground lights in the loo, a metal staircase to the loft and a gloss red staircase in the hallway - We have!
Throughout the process they involved us fully in the fun bits and left us out of all the hard work. They took care of all the planning and permissions required to start the works. To find a builder the team completed a tender for us helping us appoint the right contractor. During the build they managed everybody making sure it all happened at the right time.

“Trevor Brown was a pleasure to work with. We started with a humble idea of replacing a structurally unsound kitchen with something a bit nicer, and he transformed the project into a fabulous piece of architecture. Trevor is knowledgeable, and has an ambitious attitude to even simple projects. By paying attention to both the structure and the details of the kitchen, Trevor created a space which is a beautiful space and also very functional. Trevor is a busy man, but he replied to emails, and answered the phone when we had queries. He worked well with the construction team and they were able to take a pragmatic approach to solving problems along the way. We exceeded the original budget, but that was at least in part because we chose more expensive options when Trevor offered us choices.”
