"A Tradition of Fine Homes". We build a small number of custom homes in the Langley, Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver Lower Mainland area each year. With our hands on construction management, our goal is to provide quality craftsmanship and design, and great customer service. We work together with our customers to develop relationships based on communication, transparency, integrity and respect. We have been involved in the residential construction industry since 1992. Pete is a journeyman carpenter and finishing carpenter by trade with an eye to detail and design, and a focus on craftsmanship. We look forward to working with you to build the house that is your home of dreams.

Was very happy with the work done and the professionalism of Pete and his team. Has tons of knowledge and experience to help guide home owners through the process of building a home. Keep in mind that as a builder Pete has great ideas as to practical things that work well versus things that look good but are not practical. Listen to his sound advice as he knows what he is talking about. Definitely recommend to have Pete and FM Construction build your dream home.

F.M. Construction did an excellent job. Pete is very knowledgeable and has lots of experience. Has built 6 homes just within a stone's throw from our new home. His trades without exception, were all excellent, respectful and timely throughout the building process. Marlene kept all the invoicing checked and sorted making it easy for us to track. We are very pleased and our enjoying our new home and neighborhood. We highly recommend F.M. Construction!

Pete & Marlene are easy going to deal with. Pete is a conscientious builder. His homes are high quality and homeowners are always satisfied. The trades on site, which are good to work with, have been working for F.M. for years which in it itself speaks volumes.

Construction and administration side of the business were run very professionally. All issues during construction were taken into account and dealt with in timely and constructive matter. We highly recommend F.M. Construction, our house was completed on time & on budget. The attention to detail was amazing, with finishings that are absolutely beautiful as well as unique We built a 5200 sq ft custom home, that to this day still amazes us. Working with Pete was easy & not at all the stress that other people who have built homes have described. You cannot & will not find a better contractor
