Daniel came out to my house to look over the job I wanted to have done. This was in February, 2019. I wanted a new countertop and sink. He indicated that he would get back to me and never ever did. Even after I emailed back. Very disappointed. Was my job too small? I do not know but he never had the professionalism to get back to me. No completion from this company. Obviously, I found another contractor.

This company was amazing to work with from beginning to end. Daniel was quick to respond to all emails and very supportive and helpful towards finding us exactly what we wanted for kitchen countertops. The templating was exact and we were very pleased with the installation. Living three hours out of Edmonton we expected things to be complicated. They were not. We love our new soapstone counters and thank World Stone for making them a reality! We highly recommend this company.

This was my second project with World Stone. In both cases they were very helpful, provided good advice. Product was excellent, great selection of stone. Measurement of counters was perfect with excellent fit and finish. Will use World Stone again without checking elsewhere.

I was looking for a round coffee table to complement my existing granite countertops. When I found a base, I worked with World Stone to customize a coffee table top. Tim was professional and helped me to decide whether quartz, granite, or marble would best meet my needs. He also helped me select the best colour and edge style and respected my budget. I am thrilled with the quality of the coffee table and would work with World Stone and Tim again in a heartbeat.

We were absolutely thrilled with the team from World Stone. We started by working with the receptionist who went out of her way to make us welcome and was also very knowledgeable about the products. Then we connected with their technical experts and came away with a complete understanding about the products and options that were available. The selection that was available was very wide and we needed some time to select the right product. There was no pressure to make a selection and we even had to make some changes to our job. They were very accommodating. World Stone staff were totally transparent with us. Their installers were highly professional and likely the cleanest trade that was on our job site. They even took care to not make ruts in our construction site. Our product looks spectacular! We are totally satisfied with the stone and its perfect fit to the shape of our home. I can't say enough good things about their team and product. Well done!

We were very pleased with world stone ,we had a very bad experience with a countertop installation previously. When we came in Tim was very kind and listened to our story and reassured us , also had the owner Scott talk to us about the product and the install.The installers were great they didn't mind that we asked questions and also didn't mind that we watched .The lady at reception was great as well always smiling which was very welcoming.I have to tell you I was very scared coming from a really bad experience but they walked us through . We are very pleased and very thankful for there kindness and their support , Also their great workmanship. I wish I could remember all there names but thanks everyone..Darlene/Steve

We recently used World Stone for some quartz counter tops. I cannot begin to tell you how amazing this company is! Dan the installer true master and professional in his trade. From the moment I walked into the store I was treated so well. I went in with two tiny pieces of our cabinet colours ( 2 tone cabinets). The young lady Mykala who greeted me immediately then helped me pick the quartz was really well informed about the product and assisted me immensely in picking out the counter. Our kitchen looks amazing and we get so many compliments. Our friends and family cannot believe that we didn't use a designer. Thanks World Stone very refreshing to deal with a company that truly wants to help with your project!!
