Construction, we take pride in transforming homes, land and businesses for customers who are content with their neighborhoods but in search of new ways to utilize old spaces or create new ones. As a general contracting company, bringing 1880's farm houses into the 21st century; updating downtown facades; reconfiguring walls, doors, and windows to bring a garden into full view; doing kitchen remodels; vaulting the living room ceiling with a bank of skylights or building your dream home is all in a day’s work (Well, sometimes it takes more than a day!). Honest, pleasant to work with, dependable, knowledgable, highly skilled. For us, over the course of months they rehabbed a sixty-year-old house with a lot of delayed maintenance and complex requirements. Also added a bathroom and slightly remodelled a kitchen. Not cheap but I wouldn't consider calling anybody else for future projects.

WL Construction is a top notch construction firm who pulls in the very best subconsultants from the region to ensure the high quality of their work runs like a vein of gold throughout the project. We had a complicated expansion plus renovation which was accomplished in three phases in order to protect a lifetime of artwork produced by Nelson Sandgren on racks in the upgraded basement showroom. They are patient, willing to problem solve and are communicative throughout. We are not done yet, but highly recommend Lars Campos and his talented associates. They are all truly special. Highly recommend!! We worked with WL Construction for our kitchen remodel. After a rocky start with another firm, we were so happy to have found Lars and his company. Everything from bid to final finishings was seamless and SO organized. Being a fairly large project, we appreciated the transparency of where all the costs were going into. Lars was easy to contact, and our project manager, Phil, was PHENOMENAL. Phil was patient with all my questions and requests and even cleaned up a dog accident that happened while I was out of the house! That is service! The sub-contractors he worked with were professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Lars and WL Construction and will use them again for our other remodel needs in the future. The first two photos are a before and after taken from the same vantage point.

Lars Campos and his team are truly professional, respectful and talented. We wanted three walls removed and beams recessed for an open concept look. Lars' team did a perfect job. They were wonderfully respectful of our home and kept the workspace neat and tidy, which was a job in itself. They were incredibly effeciant and we could not be happier with the end result. Top notch service and a perfect end product!

We used WL Construction to do a major remodel of our South Beach, Oregon residence. Lars Campos, his crew and sub contractors were professional, highly skilled and knowledgeable regarding all aspects of our project. We had a few challenging requests and they worked hard to deliver excellent workmanship that came along with great upbeat attitudes. They also minimized the construction impact on both our neighbors and aspects of our home that were not under construction. The construction site was always organized, very clean and debris free. It was a pleasure to work with WL Construction. We highly recommend them.

Lars Campos, all of his crew at WL Construction and all the sub-contractors he used were a pleasure to work with. Friendly, polite and professional. Lars is a really great person - honest, friendly, professional and happy to give advice and input (and let us know if our ideas were getting a little out of hand - which we had asked him to!!). The project management by him and John Navone was excellent. All costs were explained and transparent. Communication was excellent. They didn't get upset with our project creep and inability to make decisions. Any issues that arose were quickly and easily dealt with. If it hadn't been for knowledge, experience and quality of workmanship that all his team brought to the project, our house would never have been transformed in such an amazing way.

W.L. Construction did three projects for me at my current residency. They put in fabulous skylights in two rooms. They remodeled our kitchen and then turned a horrible bathroom into a work of art. The team is amazing. Really amazing! I'm so happy with all the projects. There's not a day that goes by that I don't smile to myself and admire my bathroom. It's functions so well and is a work of art! Thanks you guys. I couldn't be happier with my kitchen and bathroom.
