After moving to Arizona from Los Angeles, we realized that we needed to do something about the hardness and the smell of the water in Phoenix. We had very hard water that was ruining our appliances, counters, and fixtures. However, it wasn’t just the hardness of the water that bothered us. The water had a strong chlorine smell, and it was undrinkable. I was also getting very tired of weekly trips back and forth to the water store to get our drinking water. Enough was enough, so I started doing research on what the best water solution for our family would be. I was overwhelmed by the multitude of choices, and different systems available. However, I was determined to find the best, and healthiest, water solution for our family. I contacted every company in the book. I wanted to make sure that, before deciding on someone, I was fully informed and educated on the matter. I don’t like to make mistakes or waste money, so I never rush into anything.
Lifewater Solutions was one of the companies I contacted, and after talking to Scott on the phone for a bit, I decided to have him come out to our house and give us his opinion. On the day of the appointment Scott came on time and evaluated our situation. He asked how many of us would be using the system, and what we expected out of a water solution. He looked at the area where the water comes into the house to determine the best place to install a system. He then told us what he thought would work for us. Scott is very personable, and a real source of information. I really appreciate someone who is an expert in their industry and not just a salesman reading from a script. The presentation went smoothly with a lot of education on water systems and no sales pressure whatsoever. He even said that we could buy any system we wanted, and he would be happy to install or service it. After the appointment there was no talk about money, no pressure, and no sales tactics. Scott said he would send me an email with details and pricing on his recommendation for a system that would work for our family.
After about a day I received an email with two choices of equipment, pricing for both, and the projected maintenance expense for each. Although I was impressed with everything related to Scott and Lifewater Solutions, I thought it would be my duty to look at other companies and leave no stone unturned before making a final decision. I interviewed with ten different companies (some local and some in other states which took a few more days). After a couple of days, I received a text from Scott. He wanted to check in, and make sure I received his email. I told him I did, but that making a purchase like a water system was a big step for our family, and I would like to make sure that I checked with everyone before deciding. He understood and told me to take my time. I thought that was incredible and it gave me more faith in Lifewater Solutions.
I spent the next few days talking to every company out there, and some were just interested in making a sale with no talk about servicing the equipment. Some were ridiculously expensive, some were very high pressure and wanted to make a deal right there on their first visit, and some even had a variety of other products they offered (laundry machine oxygenators and air purifiers). Although some offered a decent product it only did part of what I needed. After talking to all the companies on my list, Lifewater Solutions came out on top with the best all around system at a reasonable price. I called Scott back to tell him that we decided to go with their company, and we agreed on a date and time for the installation of the system. There was no money down, no deposit or no contract to sign. Just two people making a deal.
On the day of the installation Scott showed up on time, did a wonderful job installing the system, and took the necessary time to explain all the features. We went with the 1354RC Whole Home System which has a two-chamber tank that filters the water with carbon and then uses a salt-based water softening system to eliminate the calcium that tends to stain showers and counters. In addition to that, we purchased the Impressions Reverse Osmosis System. We upgraded to the Carbon Post-Filter to Alkaline Post-Filter on the Impressions Reverse Osmosis System for drinking water at the kitchen sink. The filter-softener tank comes with a very sophisticated and useful computer that gives you all the information you will ever need about your water usage and, at the same time, monitors and schedules regeneration cycles based on your actual usage.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my choice of Lifewater Solutions. They are a full-service company that provides an all-inclusive experience that is unparalleled in the business. They provide you with the equipment, service it when needed, do the scheduled maintenance, and are very reasonably priced. I hope my review of their company inspires the reader into throwing a little business their way. In this world of the big corporations swallowing up smaller companies, it’s good to support independent business people who are pleasant to deal with and provide an extraordinary service.
