Found this company after having absolutely no help from the big box store. I had old nasty carpet removed and replaced with beautiful tile throughout my home. Rita was so extremely helpful in picking out a nice floor that met the style I was looking for without breaking my budget. As a first time home buyer, I look forward to working with her and her team in my future projects.

Our flooring and bathroom remodel took 3-4 times the amount of time we were told and no one from the store called us to check on our satisfaction during this time, only communicating with the contractor. The sales process was very good but communications with the store owner after that were very poor. She is very sarcastic and difficult to deal with. The contractor told us that he has heard her talk that way with other customers. We noticed our shower drain filter was tarnished in a corner approximately six months after it was installed. When we contacted the store owner about this she said that we need to hire a cleaning company to better clean our bathroom! We contacted the manufacture who immediately sent us the $10 part but we could not remove the old one as it was apparently not installed correctly. Again, she took no responsibility for this. We had a number of other issues with the quality of workmanship including the shower door not being square, requiring a custom fit, work needing to be redone, etc.. If you want poor workmanship, your house in disarray for months instead of weeks, a company that does not stand behind their work and a sharp tongued store owner, this is the place.

I purchased Blinds/Shades for my entire home. The experience was perfect including the installation. Rita was great to shop with and the installer was very efficient and pleasant. One year later I had to purchase a replacement shade after a remodel and again Rita was amazing with working with me. I interviewed many other company's for my purchase but never received the attention to detail I wanted. Thank you Rita and Jim
