I found Allison while looking to hire a home staging expert and called her because she had some of the best reviews. She was quick to respond and provided me with an initial consultation over the phone which made me feel confident that we were starting off on the right foot. Allison later came to the house and provided me with her expert advice on how to stage my home to sell as well as provided me the materials to capture the notes. She also helped me develop a plan based on the timeline I had before I intended to put my home on the market. What I especially appreciated about Allison was that she always provided us with the most cost-efficient options, like how best to use the furniture / decor we already owned and which improvements could or should be made that would give us the most bang for our buck. Allison was completely professional and although she also did provide options for rental furniture and additional help with labor, she did not pressure us to do any of it. Then, when my husband and I decided to rent instead of sell, we followed up with her and she was able to shift gears and provided us with advice based on our new goal to rent. Allison was always professional, friendly, efficient and really knew her stuff. I hired Alex to assist me with updating a home I recently purchased. I had a lot of ideas that I wanted to implement however, when it comes to color palates and thinking outside of the box, I am truly challenged! Alex met with me several times to discuss and set forth a plan; along with a budget; to help me with a solid cohesive vision of the entire house. She is a great listener and provides ideas and suggestions that are in line with your vision and style type. I will be working with Alex for the next several years to get the entire home updated on my budget. She works well with all budgets, which is what I love as well as her awesome aesthetic eye. My first project is the kitchen with custom cabinets and all new appliances. We spent time in local home repair stores selecting everything from the floor tile, cabinet colors, and wall paint, as well as the final layout. Today is demo day! I did what you told me to do and I went with the Benjamin Moore Decorator’s White. The place looks great. It makes my small one bedroom condo look like 15 bedroom house. The total white really makes the place much bigger, cozy and rich. You're like a living color wheel.

She took my ideas and ran with them. I felt validated and pretty full of myself after she put my house together. If she’s working with a blank canvas, like most people, she does amazing. But to be able to take my favorite pieces and make them work together in my home is truly exceptional. Alex knows her stuff!!

Alex is an amazing! She gave me a lot of ideas that I would've never thought about. She is creative and really loves bringing a room to life. As a person she is so sweet, friendly and I love her accent!

I called Alex because I felt paralyzed about what to do next in our front sitting room. It was the last room to work on because it needed to be a sitting area, home to the computer and a piano. It also had the issue of inconsistent lighting. I had some basic ideas in my head but couldn't seem to make any decisions. After looking over images of the room and asking questions about style, colors, etc., Alex came to my home and consulted with me about how to proceed with wall colors that went well with our existing colors throughout the house and how to arrange furniture so the room could have multiple functions. She came prepared with paint ideas, furniture layouts and suggestions for furniture and accessories that would flow well with the rest of the house while making a uniquely memorable first impression. I was grateful that she listened to my desires and concerns instead of pushing her own style. I thoroughly enjoyed the consultation and felt energized to move forward with the room. I purchased my home and needed some help bringing my existing color scheme and arrangements together in a visually pleasing and functional way. Allison advised on room arrangement, art placement and how to use color more effectively. She had great ideas that made such a difference! She was able to work with what I already had so it was cost effective too. We painted some chairs, rearranged, moved art work and removed a piece of furniture. Allison thank you! It’s wonderful!
