The only Father/Daughter team in the area, the Webber's strive to provide turnkey remodeling services, specializing in kitchens and baths, geared towards the specific needs of your family and lifestyle in the Athens and Watkinsville areas. A licensed general contractor in the state of Georgia, Dan has extensive knowledge and experience in building and remodeling residential homes. Jessica is the only designer in the Athens area to earn the designation of Associate Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer through the National Kitchen and Bath Association. Jessica was named to Professional Remodeler's 40 under 40 class of 2014. In 2005, Dan formed Webber Development and Construction with his daughter, Jessica, and they have enjoyed working with and satisfying clients since then. We thrive on creative design solutions, satisfying the client, managing a seamless project, staying on or ahead of schedule and creating lasting relationships. The Webber team does an excellent job from beginning to end. Jessica is very organized so we always knew what was going on. The company makes custom cabinets so they look great and are high quality. One thing we are most impressed with was the quality of the subcontractors. Everyone did outstanding work.

We had an outstanding experience with Webber Development & Construction. They were not the cheapest bid we got, but they were the only contractors who actually showed up when they said they would, submitted a detailed bid when they said they would, and consistently followed through. We thought their estimate was fair - it was for a remodeled bathroom, some kitchen changes, and repairs to our front door - and incorporated possible unexpected developments. Deciding to go with them was the best thing we could have done, because I have never had a better remodeling experience. From the very first meeting until the completion of the project, they always showed up exactly when they said they would. They kept to the schedule exactly, to the day, and also kept to the budget. At the end of each day they emailed me with an update of what was accomplished that day and a plan for the next day. The communication was outstanding and every worker was professional, personable, and did high-quality work from beginning to end. We absolutely love the outcome. Honestly it was a dream experience and I can't recommend them enough!

We absolutely love our new kitchen. Everyone that sees it for the first time says "this is an incredible kitchen". We didn't have an awful kitchen to begin with, its just that its extra special now. The cabinetry is wonderful and they make them themselves. Jessica was great to work with and was a huge help when it came to picking out all the components. The staff and subcontractors were polite, careful and cleaned up after each step of the process. We have had several very bad experiences with contractors so it was soooo refreshing not to have to worry about what bad thing was going to happen next. I would highly recommend Webber Development & Constructions for your next remodeling job.

The Webber Development and Construction Company completed the renovation of my kitchen and master bath last winter. They did a terrific job and I absolutely would use them again. Jessica is very talented in the area of design and is also extremely knowledgeable about construction issues and materials. Dan and Jessica have developed positive relationships with a number of contractors and companies and they are well respected in the construction business. I was given a detailed schedule for the work and kept updated while I was out of town with pictures and emails. They actually finished one day ahead of schedule. I felt comfortable and very appreciative that I could leave my house in their hands while I traveled. As a 70 year old widow, attempting this large project could be very daunting, but they took care of every detail and scheduled and supervised every person who came into my house. All their contractors were friendly and professional and did excellent work. I highly recommend Webber Development and Construction.

Webber Construction remodeled our whole house for us over a period of 4 months. Everything about the project couldn’t have gone better, even with the supply chain issues. We were given a schedule at the beginning of the project and were amazed at how they pretty much were able to stick to that schedule. They, in fact, finished the project a few days early! Every evening we received an email telling us what was done that day and what would be done the next day. Jessica was great in helping us pick out tile and countertops. She was a great resource and sounding board and was very detail oriented. I had many questions throughout the project, and Jessica was very patient with me! They were perfectionists who made sure things were done right, and when there was a problem, they were very responsive and quick to address the issue. Our project manager, Al, was wonderful, and we were impressed with the quality of workmanship of all the sub contractors. We would highly recommend Webber Construction!

Webber Development and Construction did an outstanding job on our house renovations. This was our second occasion to use them for our cabinets. This time they also acted as general contractor. The entire project, including total kitchen and pantry renovation, total master bath and closet renovation, complete wood floor refinishing, complete interior painting, plumbing and electrical work, and some roof work, was smoothly coordinated and finished as scheduled. Jessica was extremely helpful in the design phase and accompanied us in choosing tile and plumbing fixtures. She was also most helpful in accommodating changes and kept the project on schedule. We are thrilled with the results and would certainly recommend them.

Jessica and Dan treated us like it was their own kitchen remodel. We removed two old plaster/wood lathing walls to join three small rooms into one larger room. Their project managers (Heath and Al) were very conscientious, communicative, punctual, dependable and super easy to work with. The whole process from start to finish went extremely smoothly. Our old home had lots of quirks (as many of them do) but they made it look very easy. The daily cleanup was great as we lived in the house during all of the work. We stayed on budget and on schedule even during COVID. Our new custom solid alder cabinets, reclaimed wood floors, and concrete countertops look so magnificent. We would most certainly hire Webber again.
