One World Construction

Walter of One World Construction was hired as General Contractor to manage the remodel project of our house. The project was quite extensive and included every room in the house and multiple trades and services. As added pressure the remodel had a very tight and strict timeline. Walter provided great vision and design ideas for the remodel and was a pleasure to work with throughout the project. He managed every aspect of the remodel to ensure we got exactly what we wanted in the timeline we needed; and he was not satisfied until we were satisfied.

When our apartment community was damaged after a severe storm we needed immediate repairs. The property had multiple buildings with leaks due to missing shingles. 1 World immediately came to the property on a Saturday and put a tarp on all of the buildings with damage. The Valencia has 32 buildings total and we were blown away to see that they got on each and every roof to check for any issues that could not be seen from the ground! We are so grateful to 1 World for taking care of our property so quickly at such a great price. At The Valencia we are looking for dependability and professionalism in all of our vendors. 1 World by far exceeded those expectations! So thank you 1 World for coming out as soon as possible on a Saturday to tarp our roofs, getting on every single building to check for additional damage/leaks, having the best price and great attitudes!
