I recently used Virginia to help me stage my home. Megan Meier-Walters with House of Brokers offers this service as part of her package when she lists your home. I was skeptical about the process as I felt my home was just fine as it was but since it was included with the listing of my home, so I went ahead and met with Virginia. I was so glad I did. I have a 100+ year old bungalow which is very cozy however, with all my furniture and decor, and even choice of paint colors, some of the character of the home had become hidden. Plus it did not show how good of shape the home was still in despite the age. Virginia gave me so many ideas to make my home have that WOW factor. She not only offered ideas but she actually came out and actually helped me put the ideas into motion. After making the changes I had to step back and can honestly say, if I walked into my home as a new buyer, I would have fallen in love with it all over again. My home went on the market and from day one I had offers and by day three I was under contract. Virginia was well worth my time and her ideas were worth the efforts in order to put the home on the market. I would highly recommend Virginia.

Virginia assisted with my a downsizing project. I had a particular room where things collected and used as storage. But, it is also our guest room. I was at a stand still with trying to decide what stays and what should go. Virginia, Outside/In Home Staging, made this process super easy/efficient and now, our guest room is comfortable/uncluttered and I'm proud to show it off to family and friends who visit.
