Elizabeth Carrasco of VIP Interior has created a beautiful, unique and very comfortable home for us. I had seen her work in a friend’s new home and was impressed by the effortlessly engaging living spaces. I hoped that Elizabeth could bring the same kind of coziness to my much larger scale home which we have lived in for 17 years and avoid a cookie cutter look. She has transformed our entire living areas to my hard-to-please husband’s delight She created a game room with a global nautical feel in the previously unused living room. We use the room almost daily now for chatting and socializing. The dining room is so pretty and comfortable that my guests find it hard to leave the table after eating. The breakfast area has an air of casual elegance. And the family room with its beautiful colors, patterns and textures have my guests pausing to admire and eagerly try out the comfortable seating. Elizabeth changed the seating flow, moving sofas and chairs in the room. Just that change was so noticeable when we had company. Conversation and interaction was easier and more natural. I could go on - her use of my loved accessories has highlighted them. My friends and family come in and say things like “is that new? I never noticed it before”. My best friend put it best. She said that it looks like I have great taste and beautiful things and the house invites you to smile!

I have used VIP Interior Design several times over the past 10 years. Each time I have been very pleased with the outcome. Most recently she has worked very closely with me in designing our new home. She was with me every step of the way - from selecting tile and granite to furniture and artwork placement. Thanks to her, our new home is gorgeous and exactly fits my style!

Elizabeth assisted us throughout the process of downsizing to a retirement community - color selection, determining which furniture pieces would fit together in the new home, hanging pictures, etc. She understands the sentimental attachment to certain items and incorporates them into a new design. We now see our favorite things in a whole new light. She is a pleasure to work with.

My husband and I selected Elizabeth to offer advice on decorating/accessorizing our new home after interviewing several professionals (searched online for those in the area that seemed like a fit). She asked great questions during the initial visit, very interested in understanding our style and taste. And we really liked her calm, low key approach. During that initial visit, Elizabeth selected wall colors for all the rooms, which perfectly matched what we wanted. We then decided to go for the VIP Makeover as this seemed like the most efficient way to complete the project (first floor) and help make our new residence our new home. The "big reveal" on the day of the Makeover felt like being on HGTV. All we kept saying as we went from room to room was "Wow!" Elizabeth and her team well exceeded our expectations and (although we agreed to exceed our initial budget) we wouldn't change a thing. She added some new pieces, such as furniture, carpets, pictures, and other accessories, and couldn't have matched our taste better. But the pleasant surprise was the way she incorporated our own things, many of which I had stashed in a closet or hadn't yet unpacked. Elizabeth went the extra mile to be sure we were satisfied... the goal was achieved! And friends and family who visit love it as well. We highly recommend Elizabeth - she is truly gifted, and will continue to consult with her as new projects develop.

This was my first time requesting interior design services. I was convinced that the look I wanted would require an entire overhaul of furniture, reconstruction, etc. At the first consult, Elizabeth's suggesting immediately put my mind at ease with her skill and professionalism. I opted to utilize her expertise for an overhaul of paint color, lighting, window treatments and the her VIP Signature Makeover. Recognizing our family's biggest challenge was to have a house that is functional for a family with two small children and an abundance of toys, she looked for opportunities to create functional and stylish storage options in an environment where we can truly live comfortably. I was blown away with the results. What Elizabeth was able to achieve with my existing furniture and accessories combined with the new accents she provided was amazing. I hired Elizabeth Carrasco to give Preston Dental Center a FaceLift. After 15 years, my reception/business office needed an update. Four weeks before my vacation last year, she sat down with me and listened to my every word. She not only made a plan for my office that fit my budget but she had to make it happen during less than 10 days while my office was closed and I was out of town. She understood my desire to repurpose existing furnishings that could be updated and she chose new pieces wisely. She spent time with me and guided me through every step of the selection process. She made her incredible design plan, ordered furniture and accessories and supervised her team of painters, tilers, electricians, cabinet and countertop professionals during those 10 days. The results have been nothing short of Spectacular! We have compliments every day from our patients. They tell us how beautiful and comfortable the new reception room is and how relaxing it is to be in this room. This incredible space totally sets the tone for our patients experience in our office.
