We had marko do our two bathrooms in February at our condo in Oakville. It did not go well the painter was very bad and Marko who sub contract with electrician never showed up for 2 1/2 months made many appointments and failed to show.IwThe pot lights were finally installed Marko was to return and repair the ceiling and paint the ceiling in both bathrooms this never happened. We made many phone calls many missed appointments. We finally hired another contractor who is here within two days completed the job iexcellent work cost me another $700 never heard from Marko again highly unprofessional I would never recommend them to anyone Seven months to finish. We made the mistake of paying him prior completion Ken Blyth Oakville

Hi Ken and Lily, I hope you are all doing well. I would like to sincerely apologize for the way the project had ended. It was never my intention for those final items to be neglected the way they did, and I am truly sorry. Your project came at a very challenging time, considering COVID hit right at the end and everything was starting to shut down. Though we were able to complete your project roughly 2 weeks behind schedule (March 2020), there was the matter of the 2 potlights remaining, to which we agreed to hold back $500.00 until completed. From my understanding, when the electrician came to complete the potlights installation, you were pleased with his work and asked him to compete a few other electrical items around your condo, such as hanging a fixture and repairing a light in the kitchen. At this point, I instructed you to pay him the hold back amount instead of to me, but only if you felt comfortable doing so. Now all that was remaining was to patch the areas around the 2 potlights, which I was not able to complete in a timely manner and I again apologise. That being said, the least I can do is reimburse you the amount you had to pay the other contractor to complete these items. I have reached out to you privately and await your response. Please stay healthy and I wish you all the best.

Efficient, effective, with attention to detail - couldn't ask for better! Will be using again for future projects. Marko and his team showed up when they said they would, and communicated the whole way through so there were no surprises. Awesome work!
