T Wheeler Homes was contracted to replace the tile back splash in my kitchen, preserving the hand painted tiles that were removed. They did an excellent job, very professional, and finished sooner than the agreed upon schedule. The final price was below the projected bid amount. I highly recommend this builder for any new or remodeling projects.

We bought a townhome under construction from Tom Wheeler in 2001. The quality and care he puts into his homes is the best. He was great to work with, and after eleven years in this home, we are still loving it.

As a consumer I have followed T. Wheeler Homes since the 1980's, due to the quality of their work, and current design concepts. His homes are always well designed and well constructed. His sub-contractors are skilled and know what they are doing. In 2001 my wife and I purchased a townhome he built at The Pointe at Creekside and have not been disappointed. It is a well built home, and we always get wonderful comments from visitors regarding the design and construction. We highly recommend Tom Wheeler, his company is one of Salem's best.

We started with four floor plans, 9 months later we had a house of our dreams. I've been in the home building/ financing area of the business for over 46 years, I've never seen a job go so smooth from start to finish. We had a budget and ended under budget and got more than we asked for. I think for us the interior fit and finish was so impressive, all the sub-contractors would take the time to answer any questions and if there was something to be correct --it was! As an example, we lived a short distance from our new home so we were there almost every day. One day we went into the house just after the dry wall had been installed. There was small pieces of blue painter tape here and there on the new dry wall. Later I asked Tom about the tape, it was places that Tom wanted fixed... they looked ok to me! The stair case and rails, for a house of this size it is impressive! After we took possession of the home, after one year we had very few small corrections for Tom. If I Build another home or have a remodel to this home, maybe add on to the shops, I'll have Tom Wheeler do the work, period!

We have been working with T. Wheeler homes for more than a decade, and I can personally attest to the quality and reliability of their work, as well as their commitment to trade integrity.
