I hired TWG Landscaping to create a pathway for the side of my house and to replace the patio steps in the backyard. Todd was great and patient with me, as I was very unsure of what I wanted. They gave me as many options as I needed and they translated my vision perfectly. Will definitely use them again.

We recently completed a backyard pond and waterfall. Todd the owner was very helpful with the design and construction was completed on time and on budget! As with any large project there can be some small issues crop up, Todd had his crew respond immediately to rectify the situation. We asked for a design that would be distinctive without “breaking the bank!” The result is just excellent. It fits our property very well and demonstrates their skill in matching our existing landscape with the new additions. The Company keeps you aware of how soon they will start and they were here on the day they had forecasted. The staff were terrific in their work ethic and care. It was so evident that there is a lot of pride in their workmanship. They completed the project as originally stated. I was so fortunate to have TWG and Todd referred to me. We needed to replace interlock that was aging and falling apart. Todd gave us a quote that never changed, he knew the best stones, colours and design to use. He was extremely approachable and professional and promptly answered all of our questions, along with Tammy when we had any for her. Todd's crew, who was also happened to be named Todd, worked SO hard everyday and was so polite, answering all questions and leaving the site clean every day. We uncovered some bumps along the way and the Todd's jumped in and helped us figure them out. We love our design and it was worth every penny of the investment and will call him back to do our backyard.

I had a pretty large outdoor (frontyard and backyard) landscape job done by TWG, to my satisfaction. Todd is the face of the company and the projects. It was great having the owner of the company available at all times and visiting the site regularly. There were no problems with payments or anything like that. I'd definitely re-hire! Our previous landscaping job was done by a different company and it heaved and started coming apart within a year or two. The contractor fixed it once, but it started falling apart again. We have waited nearly three years to write this review and are very pleased with the result. It looks great and has stood the test of time. Todd’s customer service is second to none. We were really happy with Todd, Tammy and the crew who worked at our property, we were even able to slightly change the plan to make it work for us due to the circumstances, at the last minute and at no extra charge. Check the pictures out to see the OLD and then the NEW ! What a great job Todd and his team did transforming a very old and tired looking landscape to something incredibly beautiful ! From the very beginning we knew Todd was the landscaping company we wanted to work with. He really knows his stuff and was able to provide very knowledgeable advice in guiding us throughout the process of design, materials, and colour choices. I can't say enough good things about Todd as he always had our best interest first and always returned calls in a timely fashion. Throughout the process, Todd brought in the members of his team who had the best skill sets to complete the task at hand. The members of Todd's team were always eager to answer any questions we had and encouraged us to discuss the project with them at any time. Many of our neighbours stopped by to admire the work being done as did many others driving by on the street. This is obviously a testament to the quality of the work being done. If you are looking for someone who knows landscaping, is honest, treats you fairly and puts the customer first, then TWG Landscaping should be your first choice ! TWG replaced our very old pavers around our pool and a falling down retaining wall. They created a beautiful new flow, more deck space around the pool, a new area for our barbecue and a beautiful new retaining wall. They were professional, worked quickly and were very flexible when we had a few problems with our pool liner. We are beyond thrilled with our new backyard paradise!

Overall, we were very pleased with the new patio. It was finished in mid December but we are anxious to get the hard canopy over it and enjoy the summer. Having lost our huge, old mapleit was a very hot summer in the back yard in 2018. The men were hard working, good natured and clearly knew what they were doing and the end result showed it.

Front steps and walkway They work hard. They work well and they do amazing work. The company got behind due to weather and our site was delayed for start date.. but the company and Todd himself stayed in touch with us to make sure we knew what to expect and when. They did a beautiful job on our front steps and walkway to give the front of our house a facelift. Not only is the work good, the workers are friendly, happy, hard working and easy to chat with. They got the job done in one day and kept our lawn and property clean the entire time. Thank you for such a beautiful job done.

16 Yeats ago we had TWG Landscaping do our original front walkway. After 16 years, we were relieved to see that TWG was still in business decided to hire them again. Todd was fabulous! Unlike other companies, we never had to chase him for answers to our questions or enquiries. Communication, either by text or email was VERY Quick! We were able to work together, to come up with a design that we were very satisfied with and met our needs. Start to finish, TWG completed the job within a week, on schedule and on budget, as promised. We would highly recommend TWG for anyone's Landscaping needs! Thanks Todd, Tammy and Crew!

Replaced breaking/cracking flagstone with interlocking brick. We are so happy with how our new front walkway looks! TWG did an amazing job and worked very fast. We have a lot of plants and bushes planted around the walkway and none of it was disturbed. They were able to make the new walkway exactly fit the footprint of the old one. Highly recommended.

We had a backyard makeover. An existing deck was removed and a stone patio icluding a fireplace insert was installed. New sod was put down on the rest of the backyard. They did exactly what I wanted and the backyard looks great now. We can really enjoy sitting out there for dinner on our new patio and the backyard looks bigger now without the deck.

Last summer we had front yard stone, brick and garden work completed. Words can't express how pleased we are with the results. Our old interlock and garden was very outdated, starting to crimble and sink no longer providing desireable curb appeal. We met with Todd and he provided us with two drawings and quotes to review and make the selection if we decided to go forward. A hard decision as they were both excellent designs. The work was completed late summer and with Spring almost here it remains outstanding and we remain extremely satisfied. The TWG crew was respectful, pleasant, highly skilled and it was very clear that a top quality job and our complete satisfaction was of utmost importance to them. Todd's design came to life and we are astounded by how it has opened up the front of our home and made the property appear much larger and curb appeal second to none. We are so happy with it we have just made arrangements with TWG for additional work to be done in another rea of our property this year. All in all I would rate TWG at 11 out of 10!

We were in search of a landscaping contractor to replace our existing interlocked stone front entrance steps and re-landscape the front yard garden. We were 2 weeks from listing our house for sale and were in desperate need of some curb appeal. TWG Landscaping returned my call within 2 hours. Within 2 days they provided and estimate which compared to others we received was reasonable. They provided suggestions on design which we incorporated. An excellent job and experience all-round. The contractor that was assigned was pleasant, respectful and worked diligently. He went over and above to resolve an issue uncovered with one of the posts and completed the work in the 3-day period that was originally estimated. They started and completed the job when they said they would and the end result was beautiful. We had many neighbours visit to admire our new curb appeal which included curved stone steps, limestone feature rocks and a new garden with plantings. I highly recommend TWG.
