Trifection Remodeling & Construction

My remodel was the kitchen and TriFection took an outdated 16 year kitchen and turned it into a modern work of art in the time frame allowed! Professional on time clean and efficient!

Trifection created our dream kitchen, breakfast area, and dining room in only 2 months. The job involved architectural design; gutting 3 rooms to the wall studs, ceiling joists, and concrete slab; framing and building new custom-designed walls and cabinetry; completely rewiring, updating and expanding the electrical layout, and building custom-sized and fitted cabinetry for my short stature and storage requirements. By collecting and/or building in-house every chosen new element of the job -- flooring materials, plumbing fixtures, lumber choices, stains and paints, counter and backsplash materials, plumbing supplies, massive electrical supplies and equipment, sheetrock and trims, new doors and their hardware, cabinets and hardware, appliances, lighting fixtures etc. etc. -- BEFORE even beginning demo; Trifection was able to smoothly follow a work schedule and daily tradesmen direction without any delays, conflicts or needed correction. We were totally amazed with the expert efficiency of the project. Cleanliness was one of their highest priorities during the entire job. The Project Manager was on the job daily and instantly available to us for questions and/or explanations or even things like help with moving furniture. We lived in our home during the whole process. Also, Trifection's design department can and did produce multiple selection choices from listening and totally understanding our vision and our tastes. The result is a complete success is 3 ways -- excellent spacious use of the available square footage; ultimate efficiency for kitchen food preparation; and, not the least important by far, an artfully beautiful, warm and invitingly guest-friendly gathering/dining center in our home. Complete kitchen remodel - custom cabinets, counter tops, appliances, lighting, floors, design. They were totally professional and put us at ease from the beginning. We had received several bids on the job and, although they weren't the least expensive, they were the only ones that we had confidence in the work to be done. They use in-house project managers and subs and the owners keep in close contact with you throughout the process. They also go out of their way to keep disruptions in your routine to a minimum during the remodeling. I highly recommend them for any home remodeling. Other area remodelers may be less expensive, but you really get what you pay for. Many of them claim to "make their own cabinets", but they really assemble cabinets that are fabricated in China. Trifection makes your cabinets here, in Texas, from start to finish.

Provided professional high quality work. Conscientious of the customer in working with them to ensure the home can continue to be utilized while construction efforts are underway. Focused on maintaining a clean work environment. Always in constant communication, making sure the customer knows what's happening and where they are compared to the schedule. Highly recommended and would absolutely hire them again for the next job.

With this project we went from Track Home boring to Amazing Spa comfort. Not only is the overall look warm, luxurious and inviting, it adds a level of functionality and comfort that didn't seem possible without expanding the space. The spa shower is wonderfully comfortable. Storage was increased dramatically. Value-adds that Trifection brought to the project. - Design and Project management professionals were totally engaged with the project and helped me take my ideas from dreams to reality. Melanie (designer) was superb at understanding what I meant when I described a color in terms of how it made me feel and translating that into layout, granite, tile and paint. - Everyone of my ideas such as use of Fossil fish and selection of products was heard and made possible. It was always made clear what the advantage / disadvantage of a choice would bring to the project. If there was any extra cost it was made very clear and approved before work was done. - Stuart and Rick (project manager) took time to understand my unique requirements and convey those to the painter, tileman, electrician and plumber so that the work was done with minimal disruption. The care taken to protect from dust was amazing. - Instead of simply doing exactly as requested, each professional added their expertise so that the result was perfect. Noting that by moving the toilet would give more room for the shower and fixing the odd vent mistake from 30 years ago are two examples. - Project review made sure that each phase was handled thoroughly. Nothing was left to chance yet the entire project moved forward as planned. - I always felt like I was working as part of a team that was totally devoted to making my project a complete success.
