Transform Architects

Always a pleasure to see our floors in any of Transform Architects' projects as we know it has gone to good home. A home that's is both thoughtfully and creatively designed as well as perfectly executed for their client's needs.

Firstly if your reading reviews and looking for a house transformation, there is no need to read anymore, just go to transform, you wont be disappointed. Transform categorically saved my project, I originally went to another architect practice and I was so disappointed with them and had zero confidence in anything they did. I wont name them here, but I'm sure you can probably look at my other reviews. I met Martin and I was blown away with his enthusiasm, his passion and his obvious ability as an architect and designer. The initial design process was really straight forward, we instructed Martin as our architect and about 6 weeks later, he came to us with his "plan" WOW, it was amazing. He not only gives you a plan and drawings, but also a full 3d walk around of the property.... I literally made 2 or 3 very minor tweaks, but essentially I followed Martin's vision and committed to it. Planning was very straightforward, and at this stage I had total faith that Martin and transform would realise our dreams for our house. I kept transform on for building regs, and to administer the contract, despite a desire to save money I am glad I did, and ultimately is was money well spent and more than likely money well saved. I looked at a previous job Martin had done and met the builders doing it and I was gobsmacked, an amazing transformation and amazing finish. I met a contractor introduced by Martin and I had no hesitation in knowing that we could work well together, the whole team, transform, the contractor and myself as a client seemed to completely click from the first day and I had 100% confidence that my decision to sack a previous architect was a great decision. The build and follow up has been great, Josh and Martin at transform were both ontop of the project and anytime I had even a slight wobble, Martin was always on hand to give me advice and put my mind to rest... In fact it was often myself trying to end a phone call when we had been talking for an hour such was his passion for his designs. If you like what you see in his portfolio (his designs are obviously transform) and want a great house then you have honestly struck gold. I'm already planning my self build and I will be straight back to Martin to design my next one. If I could give a thousand stars I would.

From the outset Martin and Transform's designs were innovative, creative yet tailored perfectly to the needs of the client. An architectural practice that isn't afraid to take risks and go against the grain, and advises clients on what they need, rather than what they think they want. The project looks simply stunning! Honest, transparent and open - an absolute pleasure to work with.

Superb architects - came up with a vision and innovative designs for a house renovation to meet the needs of our family both now and future. Great service from Martin, Nick and the team in gaining planning approval, selecting a contractor and project managing the build - would highly recommend..

It is always a pleasure to photograph a property designed by Transform Architects. I know from experience that the property will be stylish and extremely well constructed. Conversations with home-owners, before and during photo shoots, invariably gravitate towards how Martin and the team at Transform Architects, listened, advised and provided solutions that were both practical and creative. Martin Bell of Transform Architects was our choice to design a major transformation of our home. His design was outstanding. His flexible approach to providing a support package through the entire project gave us the confidence to take on the Project Management of the the rebuild with the knowledge that he was there to advise/guide as when necessary. We found Martin to be a very talented architect, running a proactive practice, and whose hard work and diligent approach to his customers was of the highest order.

The team at transform blowed my wife and I away. The attention to detail and forward thinking shown made them the obvious choice for our stable conversion. As an interior designer I found it hard to find an architect that understood our needs in the way we live and use our home. Transform are the only architects I know of that use a 3D model as standard, which is a tool you simply can not beat for building and renovating a project.
