When we moved into our new apartment at South Lakes At Varsity in September 2017 we contacted Tracey McLeod from Show Homes Design to help us decorate. Tracey is very professional and worked through colours and discussed what we would like to achieve. We worked out our budget and Tracey worked within this budget and sourced beautiful artworks and decorator items from suppliers that we would never had a chance of sourcing ourself but still within our budget but not what you see everyday. Tracey's knowledge in the interior decorating field is extensive and her eye for detail and the "knack" of putting everything together to give us our desired end result was absolutely "spot on". When we phoned Tracey she would always answer or get back to us promptly. Tracey is a lovely lady who excels in her chosen profession and she felt more like a friend than just our decorator. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Tracey. Thankyou Tracey for all you have done for us. We couldn't be happier.

Tracey has helped us with the colour scheme of our new house. She is very easy to work with and very professional. I found the process interesting and from the information we gave her, the colour palpate she came up with was spot on - we love them. I also liked that if I called and left a message that Tracey would call me back. I would highly recommend Tracey for colours and styling and because she is a super nice person :)

We cant recommend Tracey highly enough! If you are building or renovating contact Tracey to help with your colour selection. She makes colours make sense, giving you a better understanding of why you like some colours and not others. It can be daunting walking into a paint shop having to select colours for your house. Tracey takes the guess work out of the whole process.

Tracey provided a colour consultation for my husband and I to assist with colour selections for our new home. We found this fun, interesting and very helpful. Tracey is delightful to work with and her knowledge is exceptional.

Tracey was referred to me by a friend in real estate, as we needed assistance in styling our home (of 27 years) in preparation for sale. Tracey walked us through our entire home and property, beginning with the driveway entrance and gardens leading to the front door. Tracey also guided us every step of the way from choosing paint colours, to selecting a rug, furniture, to the perfect accessories for every room in the house. It’s amazing how she can look at an area of a room and tell you right away the perfect table for that spot, style of lamp that belongs where, etc. etc. While she has superb ideas in regards to all decor related issues, she listened intently to us and worked hard to understand our needs and, in particular working within our budget. We appreciated the way Tracey worked with items that we already own and worked them into a new design. Throughout the process, she has been easily contactable for advice, and making suggestions duing indecisive times. Tracey from Showhomes Design staged my home for sale. I was amazed at how she was able to make only minimal changes (rearrange items, change the orientation of items, move items from one room to another, add in carefully chosen, colour/style coordinated items from her vast inventory, and, of course, remove a lot of my items!) but totally transform my home, all in just one day! She works quickly and efficiently, is a very pleasant and professional person to work with and, best of all, charges a very reasonable rate indeed for her expert services. The end result: my home sold in one just weekend, and at a higher price point than I expected!

When first looking at renovating I had a lot of ideas but was unsure of how to bring them all together and my husband found Tracey from Showhomes on the Internet and from the first meeting I knew she would be able to pull ideas together to give us the beautiful home we now have. From the very first phone call she has been very professional & a pleasure to work with, at what can be a stressful time of selling the family home.
