Tori Patton - Sotheby's International Realty

Tori Patton is part of a top producing team at Sotheby's International Realty® in San Francisco. Together, her team has sold more than $250 million of San Francisco Bay Area real estate since 2011. Before joining Sotheby’s International Realty®, she spent nearly three years at McGuire Real Estate in San Francisco, working both independently and alongside one of the firm’s top producing agents to successfully close over 35 transactions. Prior to working at McGuire, Tori began her real estate career at Patriot Properties, a leading Real Estate Owned brokerage in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she performed property value analysis and worked with a team to market the firm's listings. Tori is highly regarded by her clients for her integrity, accessibility, market expertise, and clear understanding of their real estate interests and priorities. Her clients are often provided exclusive access to off-market listings, giving them the opportunity to consider properties before they reach the broader market. Tori's relationships continue far beyond the close of escrow to ensure that her buyers are comfortably settled into their new homes. In addition to Tori's marketing expertise, the Sotheby’s International Realty® brand and dedicated marketing team will ensure that a seller’s property is optimally presented to the broadest audience of potential buyers. Tori is a fifth generation Bay Area native who grew up in the Peninsula and currently resides in San Francisco's Marina district. She is actively involved in her neighborhood where she is a member of the Marina Community Association and Lombard Business Merchants Association. Tori graduated from the University of San Diego where she studied history, anthropology, and Spanish.
