Karen came up with multiple creative options to help me update my 30 year old kitchen into a modern and functional space. She was always responsive to my ideas and concerns and very easy to work with. I would certainly consider her for future projects.

we hired karen to design and draw plans for an unfinished addition on our house. while we had a general idea of what we wanted, karen brought more of a vision to the layout, providing us with multiple options and highlighting focal points and viewing angles that a normal homeowner would never consider. she has extensive general construction knowledge and was able to address all the structural requirements for our build-out. i'd hire her again.

Karen has the design skills to totally transform your home. She turned our drab and dated 1989 house into a warm and inviting home with updated style. Karen is easy to work with and she has great ideas. We are very pleased with the results. I would recommend Karen for your house remodeling project. She does excellent work.

She listens to the needs of the customers and somehow makes their vision work. She goes above and beyond for each and every customer. Ha commentato: cute retro home. what is flooring on the porch?Hi, Thanks! The house is just a few blocks from the beach, but owner occupied. The porch flooring is ceramic tile. I don't know who manufactured the fans. I will see if the builder can tell me.
