This may include a measured survey, design proposals, mood board, specification of materials and sample selections.Once approved, we will project manage your project, ensuring that every stage is done with precision and care. Cedric who runs the business is on top of everything. We can trust the team, they have been on budget the 3 times we used them. They listen to our needs and are creative when required. My second project using Tiptoe Builders again has just completed. This time they were hired to paint and repair the outside of the house which was looking pretty shabby. Rafal and his team have transformed the building. They are courteous, professional and very very good at what they do. The quality of their work speaks for itself. We were recently blown away by the finish of our recent project, it required a great eye for detail it was executed perfectly. Cedric, Rafael and the rest of the team were a pleasure to work with at every stage of the refurbishment, they are trustworthy, honest and calm when issues may arise on site, and take extra care and consideration when the client decides to stay within the property causing as minimal distraction as possible to the clients day to day lives. We have worked with Tiptoe extensively in the past and will continue to keep recommending to our clients.

Cedric and his team are wonderful to work with and very professional. They completed a full strip out and remodel of my flat that included changing the floorplan, building bespoke joinery units, redoing behind the wall plumbing and electrics and finishing the flat to a high standard. Everything was ordered new and the TipToe team was well coordinated with the suppliers and they worked efficiently to avoid delays. I am very happy with the result and will definitely use TipToe for my next project.

We have worked with TipToe over a period of 3 years to renovate our central London house. The company has been very reliable and punctual and has delivered work of the highest quality. Deadlines and budgets were met without exception. Our project was split over 3 different phases and involved collaboration and interaction with numerous other contractors. All the work (including structural work) was done while we lived in the house. From the design phase through to project management and the actual execution of the contracted work, we have found TipToe to be extremely effective. The subcontractors used by TipToe were also all experienced and professional. Highly recommended.
