Working with Amy Hilliker, we just finished a complete remodel of our oceanfront home and we couldn't possibly be happier! We worked with Amy on the interior design/furnishing of a beach house we just built in Duck, NC. The finished product is spectacular - thanks to Amy. She worked with us to understand our taste and then did literally everything from articulating a vision to ensuring every detail was thoughtfully selected. In an extraordinarily short period of time, she turned the empty house into a more beautiful beach home than we could have imagined possible. Not only was the outcome amazing, so was the process. We were remote and had to do virtually everything by powerpoint and over the phone. Amy led us step by step, never overwhelming us, but always keeping things moving. She was responsive to our views and always willing to propose new or different options. She kept things moving quickly — indeed, even though she was doing the vast majority of the work, we sometimes had trouble keeping up! She ensured everything was beautiful and tasteful, but was also mindful of budget and practicality. We cannot imagine having done this project without Amy and we can’t imagine how the house could be any more beautiful. That is thanks to Amy and we are unbelievably grateful to her.
