This company installed solar panels in our entire neighborhood. They installed and connected hundreds of units in a very short period of time. I didn't have any issues from them working on my roof. They were quick and courteous, and the installation is very clean in appearance. I would recommend them to anyone looking to go solar.

We consulted with Solar City and a number of other solar contractors. Even after we told them we had chosen another contractor, they hounded us with phone calls and sent emails saying we had rescheduled a site visit when we had cancelled it entirely.

Solar City is a one stop shop for adding solar to your home. They use their own workers, no sub-contractors, and they handle getting the permits from the city. Also if you live in a community with a home owners association they will handle the paperwork with them too. They are courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable from the first step of talking to a sales representative to each step along the way with the inspectors, engineers, and installers. My sales rep was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions and provided accurate information. I felt more confident with them because they use their own employees instead of sub contracting the work out to inspectors and installers like some other solar organizations do. Solar city offers many different options for any budget. From a $0 down financing power pay program, county and state financing options (where available), to a straight purchase. I would recommend them to my family and friends if they were interested in adding solar and reducing or cutting out the utility company bill.
