In the last few years we have had SLD do two small landscaping jobs for us. Landscape designer, Althea was great to work with. She listened to what we had in mind, was very accommodating, and had great ideas and options. Installers, Colin and crew were very professional, timely hard workers, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. We were very satisfied with SLD and would highly recommend them!

Thanks, Stuber Land Design, for a fantastic renovation to my backyard landscaping. Tom Schureman with SLD had originally designed and installed our landscaping 18 years ago. Because of the wonderful job done at that time, I asked Tom to come back and update the backyard with some new hardscape projects and a freshening up of the plantscape. Stuber Land Design installers under Tom's direction and creative design gave me the backyard I could never have imagined. The fire pit and deck design will provide years of enjoyment for our family and the beautiful lighting and perennial color add so much to the backyard enjoyment. Thanks again to the SLD team. We have been absolutely impressed with the professionalism, creativity, quality, and reliability of Stuber Land Design since we began working with them last winter. We came to them after a bad experience with our previous landscaper and they took the few pieces that had been started and created a remarkable design that has incorporated our ideas into a cohesive, well thought out plan. We are working on instituting this master plan in pieces, as it is extensive, but the steps we accomplished this year have been done well and have been on time. Our questions are answered promptly and expertly. Looking forward to our prairie installation next spring, new garden beds and, eventually, our backyard paradise (outdoor raised stone patio, custom designed exterior fireplace, gardens and maybe even a vintage silo fire pit). Highly recommend DSL.

Tom Schuerman, Landscape Architect, and his entire team did a great job on many projects over the years, the most recent of which was a major re-do of our backyard space in 2015. The team created walls, steps, herb gardens and significant new landscaping. It was an outstanding project, typical of the wonderful results by good people who are good at what they do.

I've hired Stuber Land Design for projects on my last 3 homes. The latest being the most amazing of all---stone walls, walkways and patio, pergola, natural gas fire feature with granite top, 3 column basalt water feature, landscape accent lighting along with beautiful gardens. I truly can not say enough great things from the landscape architect, project manager and the extremely hard working team from start to completion of their creative projects. I'd hire them again but i'm not moving from this lovely yard!!!

Stuber's listened to my ideas, and included me in every decision making process along the way. They work in a timely, efficient manner with absolute professionalism. In late 2014 we decided to renovate our home, both inside and out. We had prior experience with Stuber Land Design (SLD) and went to the company again for this major project. We spent 4 months working with the Stuber designers before moving any dirt, and finally ended up with a design that exceeded our expectations in every way. Everyone on the SLD staff was courteous, meticulous in every detail, and demonstrated that they cared about our project as if it was their own. The project was completed on schedule. Following the completion we have also contracted with SLD to help with the on-going maintenance. We are very satisfied with the SLD team and are please to give them our highest recommendation.
