We perform our projects on a cost plus a % fee basis. This contract format allows us the opportunity to share all project bids, estimates, subcontracts and the complete pricing structure with our clients. Our clients are furnished a complete breakdown of all expenses related to their project. This format also allows us the opportunity to perform our work for a overhead and profit fee that is substantially less than most builders working on a fixed price basis.

As an Architect I have had the opportunity to work with Richmond Fine Homes on several high-end custom residential projects that I have designed. It is a welcome relief when Steve Richmond and Joe Cates are involved in one of my projects as there is no doubt it will be built right. My experience of building a house was excellent thanks in large part to Steve Richmond. He is hard-working, knowledgeable, patient, trust-worthy, and does not accept anything less than premium quality in his projects. He was very conscious of the budget and met every deadline within his control. His superintendent on the project was great to work with as well. I would highly recommend hiring Steve Richmond as your builder.

I have worked with Steve on a couple of new homes in the Georgetown area over the last fifteen years and I have never seen a cleaner job site and a better run project. I highly recommend Steve Richmond.

Ha commentato: what is the paint finish on the wall?That wall finish is Venetian Plaster. This was a custom mix as I recall but there are lots of commercial mixes and finishes available. Here is a link that explains it a bit more. https://en.wikipedia....
