Precision Patio

I hired Steve to install a solid patio cover based on the excellent reviews and quoted price. Three months after signing the contract, only two footings had been poured (the cover should have been completed by then, based on his estimate). When asked for a completion date, Steve said he no longer wished to complete the project but would keep my $2,000 deposit. I did not agree with this, so I contacted the the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. The Registrar of Contractors agreed that he was obligated to complete the project. He eventually completed it four months later. The cover is beautiful, however it leaks each time it rains. Numerous attempts by Steve to repair it have failed. After eight months of leaks and no resolution in sight, I am done with Precision Patio. So sad that it went this way.

We had Steve remove a center post for our patio roof. Incredibly fair price. Exceptional workmanship. Extraordinary attention to detail. And an all around great guy. Cannot recommend steve any better. Great job!
