We hired Stephanie for two different projects, the staging of our house for sale and decorating our permanent house. On both occasions we found Stephanie to be respectful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. When staging our home she tried to repurpose as much of our furnishings and accessories she could. She helped us "let" go of those special items that just didn't work anymore. We ended up purchasing a few inexpensive things that gave a room a much needed updated look. When we worked with her for our permanent house she was respectful of our budget and choose furnishings that fit our new life style and the style of the house - in and out. She was there to assist with the placement of delivered furniture and worked with the manufacturer/delivery personnel if something arrived damaged. We continue to consult with Stephanie when either she or we find an accessory or piece of art that works in our new home. We would not hesitate to hire Stephanie again should we ever move. (The date and pricing below reflects the timing for our new house.)

We recently built a 6,000 square foot home in Fairfield County Connecticut and Stephanie was there from the beginning of the project, helping us every step of the way. While the house was under construction she helped with the selection of the light fixtures and the color scheme, both for the interior as well as the exterior. She next turned to assisting us on the selection of the furniture, carpeting, rugs as well as accessories. What I appreciated the most was that Stephanie took the time to understand our taste and style and what we wanted to achieve rather than seeking to “decorate” our home according to her own style. She was our guide and at times our inspiration. It was a pleasure working with her.

I recently had the privilege of seeing a power point demonstration of Stephanie's completed projects. The story behind each project, demonstrated that she really got to know each client intimately, as a true friend would, sitting at their kitchen table, helping to discover together, what they really wanted out of their space. Her use of color and light to created such unique moods, from living rooms in beach front properties to beautiful bathrooms which felt like the spa retreat you always wanted to visit. Her work says to me, ah, home at last! Stephanie Rapp does absolutely stunning work, a consummate professional.

Stephanie assisted us in an extensive first floor remodel including a Mud Room, Powder Room, Laundry Room, and Study. Stephanie took our ideas about color and design and blended them to bring our vision to fruition much more effectively than we could have hoped to on our own. Her knowledge of products and vendors made it easy for us to find what we needed. Stephanie is a pleasure to work with - she will share her opinions but in a flexible way, not forcing her choices.
