I found Stephanie via Instagram and instantly fell in love with her work. My husband and I hired Dyer Studio to totally re-work our main bathroom and remodel our main bedroom closet. From beginning to end, we were so happy with all of the work done by Stephanie and her team. She has such a fantastic sense of taste, amazing troubleshooting skills, and brought so many unique ideas to the table, it definitely made hiring an interior designer worth every cent. Stephanie and her team are unique in that they approach each project with the bigger picture in mind, and with lots of fun design surprises and solutions.. With a mid century home, we wanted to make sure that the integrity of the house was kept in tact. The ultimate result of her work is totally unique, and makes our home feel so special. I honestly pinch myself every time I go in my bathroom, it's so gorgeous. Stephanie has an open, free communication style. It's easy to have a conversation with her, and to move beyond the traditional designer/client relationship. She's got amazing connections in the Portland area when it comes to contractors and material resources, and her design assistant, Veronica, has just as great of an eye as Stephanie does. Their services are so worth it, especially considering what a special end product Stephanie and her team constantly put out. We felt great working with Stephanie, who worked with our ideas and brought her unique perspective. Highly recommend her for your interior design needs!

I had the great pleaser of meeting Stephanie a few months ago and she has changed my LIFE! I have never been a person who knows how to decorate a home While living in my house for 7 years I have never even painted a wall. Stephanie has helped my house do a complete 180!! I know have a home I can be proud of. My hours for work are super crazy and she was always able to work around my schedule and make time for all my questions. She listened to all my wants and needs and then backed it all up with written documentation. When it came to asking about my budget she was to the point and we did not go over. She works super hard for me and I can be a tad high matience. Stephanie is very understanding and very professional. Her time spent is very productive and she gets the job done. I would Highly recommend Stephanie to anyone who it looking for an interior Designer who will take your personal style and make it a reality. I cant wait to use her for my tile work in the bathroom! All that was done: All new furniture: Sofa, lamps for living room and office. New desk and couch for the office. 2 filing cabinets for filing system. All new art work for bedroom, 2 bathrooms, office and the main living room. 8-9 art pieces. All new paint in bed room and living room and office. New bedding and all new bathroom accessories. 2 ceiling fans installed and a Awesome chandelier in my dining area. New dinning room table and 4 honey brown leather chairs. A wine hutch and lamps to go with it and new coffee table. All new pillows for bedroom and sofa. Blankets for the sofa and bedroom and special lamps for nightstands in bedroom. New interment center for my TV and move of my TV to adjacent wall with shelving. New shelving for my office.

I am honored to say that I worked with Stephanie for Serving Up Style 2012. Annica the Buddhist concept of impermanence, was a dedication to how fleeting life is. A dining space install for this lupus fundraiser, featured many talented designers coming together to create this vision. Stephanie was hands on during the install and attentive to feedback. The vision had a clear direction which one could see as the pieces all came into place. From the angled walls, to the table settings, she was thoughtful and really made her point of view in the design shine through. A skilled and organized professional, Stephanie's passion made us want to work harder and push ourselves to be better. "I have been excited and happily challenged to build what Stephanie has designed in the last year. The North Portland Accessory Dwelling Unit is less than 400 square feet and has two stories! In its minimal footprint, the building contains all the modern spaces and amenities, including a Bedroom, Full Bath, Laundry Room, Kitchenette, and built-in sofa that doubles as a dinette and converts to a queen sized bed for additional sleeping area; what may sound crowded in actuality feels open and cozy with ample natural light. It is refreshing to work with someone who appreciates historic architecture and respects its context when designing an adjacent building. She at once sees the big picture and the details; every design decision is related back to the whole, and she has a clear vision for how each selected material will be installed.
