Making Stains

I had hired Scott for my home entertainment system a few years back. He did a lousy job. He took 3 hours just to configure the remote control which would take no longer than 30 minutes for an experienced professional. He sold a speaker system that was crappy. After a year or so, the speaker got busted. When we asked for replacement / repair under warranty, Scott did not even reply to the emails. Generally the speaker comes with a 5 to 10 year warranty. I strongly believe he sold us a sub-standard product. He projector he set up had fell off due to poor and complicated mount. I had to reinstall the projector myself. The only good thing he did was the measurement to set the speakers in the right place.

We have used Optimum Home Entertainment Systems at our last two homes to set up all of our TV's and our big screen movie system (including sound). Scott Trokey has done an amazing job for us and I have recommended him to others. He is definitely a techie and knows his stuff! You can tell he is a perfectionist as he stopped by to fix one thing and noticed something in another room wasn't quite right and ended up fixing that problem too! I will be using him again at my next home. I will continue to use him for my home entertainment system needs and continue to refer him to others.

Optimum Home Entertainment. Yes optimum actually did my entire home. Mr Scott Trockey Integrated my whole house and Audio and Video System. Precision was just that and more. The work was timely thorough and reasonable. Their outcome exceeded our expectations! We can't say enough about the whole house integration. We have whole house audio inside and out. The home theater is off the chart and he also integrated the home security systems Into the video system. Mr Trokey was honest and thorough. Precision is of the highest integrity. Price the rest, then hire the best! THANK YOU OPTIMUM
