Soucie Horner, Ltd. is a full-service interior architecture and interior design firm specializing in high-end, luxury residential projects for a discriminating clientele. Whether collaborative or turn-key, every project we undertake is conceived to refine our clients’ lifestyle through interior design. Whether urban penthouse or beachside villa – stateside, or across the globe - our talented team of experienced architects and designers, led by principals Shea Soucie and Martin Horner, creates lovely, livable interiors that reflect the utmost in gracious, elegant living. We take great pride in the fact that one third of our business comes from long-term, repeat clients; of the remainder, more than 75 percent comes from referrals – a testament, we like to think, to our uniquely process-oriented, client-centric approach to design.

I have had the pleasure of working with Soucie Horner since 2001, on dozens of projects. They continue to inspire and impress me with their attention to detail at every stage of the design process. Shea and Martin, with their talented team, expertly guide their clients in creating an interior that is personal, stylish and livable. Whether traditional or contemporary, their work is never generic, always fresh and compelling. Their depth of knowledge and exquisite taste gives them confidence in mixing textures, colors and styles, with stunning results. They are personable, supremely professional and a joy to work with.

I have used Soucie Horner to do three homes and two boat/yachts. They are extremely talented, creative, resourceful, organized, great to work with. That is why I keep coming back to them. They understand my large family's active lifestyle, entertaining in small and large settings, my many collections and the need for warm comfortable spaces and can combine beautiful, eclectic design with comfort. They have become friends as well as my designers.

From conception to implementation, every aspect of the design process is thoroughly completed with confidence by Soucie Horner. The amount of detail involved in a large project can be overwhelming and their guidance and assistance makes what could be very stressful, a pleasure. Questions were answered promptly and deadlines were met efficiently, making the process fun and enjoyable. They have a great team and I would highly recommend the firm for any projects, large or small.

The design group at Soucie Horner Ltd. is comprised of very talented and professional designers. Middlefork Development recently collaborated on the design and architectural re-build of a historic landmark home with Martin Horner and his team... his selections were beautiful and coordinated wonderfully with the home and the clients taste. It is obvious that both he and his team truly care about the client and their aesthetic - it showed throughout the entire process.
