SD Independent Construction

We had a beautiful cable railing installed at our home in Point Loma by San Diego Independent Construction. Mike did an excellent job measuring and installing the cable railing around our patio, and an outdoor staircase which included a gate at the top. Mike is very knowledgeable, experienced, and very pleasant to work with. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. We highly recommend San Diego Independent Construction.

If you are looking for a company to install cable railing, look no further. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and start/finished the job on time, and under budget. Mike answered all of our questions and concerns, and was very helpful every step of the way. I will not hesitate to use them again for another project.

Our project started w/ an immature vision; Steve and crew made it reality. The project consisted of 3 parts - cement repair (independent contractor), cable rail installation (SD Independent Construction) and cement reconditioning/coating (Life Deck). Phase 1 was a nightmare - delays, overruns, excuses and a shoddy final product. When Steve visited to assess Phase 2, he acknowledged the poor state of affairs (our frustration may have been slightly noticeable) but was immediately helpful. He not only offered a number of constructive solutions to recover and execute his component, but also found creative ways to incorporate structural and aesthetic improvements along the way. As the project transitioned to Phase 3, Steve communicated timelines and offered recommendations to LifeDeck to ensure a seamless transition and a top-notch end-to-end product. Not to be forgotten, Steve's crew is great. Prompt, respectful and talented come to mind. Each task was approached w/ a smile... no seriously, there were literally grins Matt in particular) while cutting and placing stones w/ creative authority. We will most definitely call Steve for our next project and you should too...

Look no further than SD Independent Const. As I am sure you have seen in their pictures the work these guys do is top notch. When i brought my project to SD Indep., i worked closely with CEO to make sure we got everything we were looking for. They went above and beyond. From top down in the the company i think you would have to look far and wide to find a more respectful staff. The finished product is absolutely stunning and i have hired them again and again to do projects for me. Great group of guys and worth the consideration.
