Inland Building is a building construction, renovation and remodeling firm located in Central Vermont. We pride ourselves on a history of working closely with our clients through all phases of a project, listening carefully to their needs and desires. Whether it be a large or small project, we deliver high quality workmanship at a competitive price. Established in 1992 on Nantucket Island as S & L Services, Inland Building prides itself on providing a smooth design and construction experience for our clients. Inland Building's owner, Seth Oatway, is actively involved in the full-time management and staffing of every project undertaken. Working in harsh environments has taught us valuable lessons in thorough flashing and weatherizing and leak prevention. We believe that the use of high quality materials delivers a better end product that lasts longer and resists deterioration better.

Seth and Inland Building Company build a large double car garage with second story storage for us. They did an excellent job, kept to budget and schedule. I would hire them again.

As a carpenter/builder, Seth executes at the highest level. But even better than that, he listens and asks questions, so that he knows how to realize the client's vision. His knowledge of techniques, building styles, architectural styles, and aesthetics enables him to tune into the tastes of his client. Seth isn't cheap, but the value he delivers goes way beyond his cost. He always has his eye on building for performance and endurance.

Inland Building did spectacular work for us. Their artistry, craftsmanship, flexibility, and professionalism were first-rate. They helped us restore and redesign an early 19-century Farmhouse using original and found materials, modern and antique pieces, and helped create a house that will last another 200 years.

Inland Builders performed in a extremely professional manner when building my front porch. As a mechanical engineer I have high standards and expectations, Seth met all of them. Not only does the porch addition look great, but all the details are perfect. I would recommend Inland Builders to anyone. I have heard nothing but praise of these guys whether it was a large or small project. No disappointments :-).

Seth made me some lovely end tables and coffee tables. It was a simple job for him, but he was very professional and was able to create exactly what I wanted.

Inland Building added a cold-roof to my house, which has eliminated roof-raking, snow drops, etc.. Seth has been a pleasure to work with - easy to communicate with, listens well and has a great design sense. Highly recommended!

Seth and his crew are very skilled and thorough. They know their business. In the long run, they saved me money by preventing further problems and used quality materials. If needed, we would hire him again.

Ha commentato: A screened porch that isn't darkI used Bronze screen, but it will darken with age. Stainless screen will stay clear if you don't mind the color. Thanks, Seth
