SERVPRO of Northwest Dallas

My house was flooded due to a contractor's improper installation of a water heater. It was overwhelming to come home and discover that 3/4 or our newly renovated house was flooded. My son works for a construction company and he told me to call SERVPRO because they were professional and knew what to do to handle the flooding. I called a toll free number and gave the operator my information. Within 30 minutes a local representative called me and said he would have a crew at my house within an hour or two, and he did. The crew was excellent, professional and thorough. They worked for several hours, until after midnight and were back the next day. Thanks to their good work there's a very good possibility that we won't have to replace our new carpet or our hardwood floors. SERVPRO also contacted my insurance company directly and are working with them to document the damage. While it's still too early to know the extent of the damage, I'm very grateful to SERVPRO for taking an overwhelming burden off my shoulders. Even my husband, who is an extreme do-it-yourself person, was pleased and thankful that I called SERVPRO . I would recommend Servpro to anyone who needs help with flooding or fire. If SERVPRO has crews that do professional work and treat the customer with care and respect, like Sonnie and his crews have done, then anyone who uses them will be in good hands. My son, who leaves in another part of the State has also used Servpro and always been happy with their work.
