All I can say about Kelly is she is amazing!! We bought a 4,500 sq ft concrete home in Ramona that was unfinished by the previous owner and in rough shape, BUT we got it at a great price and had great plans for what we wanted to do with it. She helped me confirm my design elements and guide me through building a master bathroom with a wet room, a large open concept kitchen with limited design options, three guest bathrooms, beverage bar and butler pantry. She was so helpful - I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her. She kept me focused and staying on theme with my modern farmhouse. Not only does she know design but also understands the construction elements for installation. Once we were stuck on how to solve a particular issue and she came up with a brilliant idea that was easy, inexpensive, and the contractor was impressed. I love that she can talk with me (the client) and communicate with the contractor in ways we each understand. She made sure I got what I wanted.

Kelly designed a whole house remodel for us and we now have a home more beautiful than either of us ever imagined. We could not have completed this extensive job without Kelly. We worked together for well over a year, and Kelly's expertise and experience were invaluable to us. Her attention to every little detail shows in each stunning room. I can’t even begin to express how fortunate we were to find Kelly. From her very first visit to our home 7 months ago she impressed both my husband and I. Even though we met with a couple of other designers, there was no contest whom we would choose to help us with our kitchen design. We are now at the end of the project and have lost none of that enthusiasm. She’s creative, detailed, friendly, supportive, and most definitely in her client’s corner when an issue arises. As part of the process, she created 3 different ideas for the layout. Once we chose, she drew and re-drew while refining the details with us. She made our ideas work, pointing out problems, while making suggestions that were feasible. At no point did we ever feel like she’d taken over. Once the plan was laid out in detail we were able to shop it out, with her making suggestions of who she trusted. When there were things to shop for (tiles, drawer pulls, etc.) she came with us. She was there for every step of construction, too, making certain the job was done to our specifications, and done correctly. All of the different contractors made mention of the fact that when they had Kelly’s drawings they knew they could count on them to be accurate. (That’s quite a compliment in a male dominated field!) As she was leaving for the last time today, all I could think was what project can we do with her next?

We hired Kelly to help us design our dream kitchen. She was great to work with and helped us each step along the way. Honestly, she came up with ideas and plans that we would never have thought of on our own. She is very knowledgeable and meticulous about every aspect of the work to be done. Her suggestions were always spot on. The project ended up not only being a completely new kitchen, but we updated/upgraded many other aspects of our house. We would highly recommend her.

Kelly Hendricks is a wonderful designer. She remodeled my whole kitchen and I am completely thrilled with it. She listened to my ideas and offered some very helpful input, ideas and advice. She knows her stuff and has a very good working rapport with the contractors she recommended, all of with only one exception, went above and beyond what was expected. We did find someone to replace the original cabinet installer, with whom we were not happy with. She immediately found us a new cabinet installer with whom was a better fit for us. We were much happier with our second choice. It all worked out and happened for a reason, I’d say! Kelly is particular , thorough and has an exceptional eye for detail. All traits one is looking for in a designer. She is patient and listens. Again, essential n a good designer. She kept my costs down, too! I’ve heard of the scare stories resulting from a kitchen remodel but Kelly had us mentally prepared and all in all it wasn’t an unpleasant journey at all. I’m very pleased with my new kitchen. The expected inconveniences of not having a kitchen for about 8 weeks was well worth the wait! Thank you Kelly!!

Kelly at UNIQ Kitchen and Bath Designs was simply fabulous. My only mistake in my kitchen remodel project was not bringing Kelly in from the onset.. I was well underway of a remodel and overwhelmed with colors, products, contractors and on and on. Kelly was extremely professional - worked with what I had already done, and designed a mess into a 'masterpiece'. She provided honest and productive input, scaled drawings of cabinetry and island configuration, met me at vendors to pick out material, and worked with contractors to make sure their product and craftsmanship was perfect. I highly recommend Kelly! I will be using her again for upcoming bathroom updates.

We just finished working with Kelly on our kitchen and bath remodel. Kelly was fantastic from beginning to end! She created a gorgeous design for us that fell within the budget we specified, and was able to help us keep to that budget throughout the project. She acted as project manager, and remained there to help throughout the entire project. She was so on top of things that she was able to get our estimated 3 month remodel finished in just over 2 months! Her attention to detail and meticulous planning ensured that everything came out absolutely perfect, and with no surprise mistakes. She is incredibly knowledgeable about construction, which was very helpful in both the planning and execution phases of the remodel.
