April did a thorough job analyzing our water issue. She is very knowledgeable about hot tubs, products, etc., and she is honest, forthright and extremely friendly and congenial.

April Johnson is an amazing salesperson and overall great human being. It was such a great experience working with her. Based on my experience today, I highly recommend Richard’s Total Outdoor. I ended up purchasing the Grandee and I can’t wait to use it!

Jonathan A. handled our designs and he was able to take our vision and make it an unbelievable reality. thank you Jonathan! Kyle was our PM and did a great job managing it and communicating with us. he even showed us some cost saving recommendations that keep us on budget. thank you Kyle! Samantha & Joi were really helpful in resolving some billing concerns. they answered calls and questions and called back when they said they would. really made the payment process easy. thank you Samantha & Joi!

April and the team at Richard’s have been a huge help getting the hot tub at Loyly Sauna Lounge set up with guidance every step of the way and hands on support to keep the maintenance up for our business’ needs! Great experience working with them!

I have worked with APRIL in the past and she is fantastic! Her.customer service and atte tion to details throughout our planning and executing phases was top notch. She often anticipated things we'd want and need before we even realized we'd want or need them. Cannot recommend her highly enough!

Ha commentato: What kind of holder/ stand for the swim spa cover?Thanks! This client installed an End2End R200 Sport Swim Spa cover with a shelf mounted to the swim spa, allowing us to lower it enough where it looks flushed. Hope that helps!
