Very professional company. Our home was completed early but the workmanship is very professional. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

We chose Roseleigh Homes to build our new home after visiting many display homes and villages and are very happy we did. We needed a custom build due to the nature of our block and its building envelope. The help we received from Roseleigh Homes during the design process has meant we have ended up with our dream house. The attention to detail and high quality standards employed by Roseleigh during the construction of the house has resulted in us having a home we are delighted with and we will enjoy living in for many years to come.

Roseleigh Homes is a pleasure to work with. They are a Premier Builder that Builds Quality homes above expectations. There price looks a little high in the beginning, but everything is included and it is all very high quality. Other Building Companies start low in price, but after you add all the extras, it comes in much higher. We loved working with this Family Building Company and nothing was a problem. Even from the start when we wanted to move some of the rooms around, which cost nothing, to fit on our block and then we added some extras like retaining walls and extra power points it wasn't a problem. My Father is a Retired Bricklayer and my Father in-law is a retired Foreman Carpenter and they have inspected the house a number of times and cannot believe how solid and particular the Roseleigh Family are.

We chose Roseleigh Homes after visiting several of their display homes. From the first contact with Lisa (sales) and then Brad (architect) we felt comfortable we were dealing with a professional company that took pride in their work. Nothing was too much trouble (of course there is a financial cost for this) and every detail we wanted changed was done quickly and without fuss. On time, on cost, with no surprises. The quality of the workmanship and the patience of their tradesmen was an absolute standout. We've been in our new home for 12 months now. There have about 5 small issues where we needed the builder to come back and it was usually the day after we contacted them that a tradesman arrived. if there was a problem, it was fixed - fast. After our past experiences Lyn and I swore we'd never build again but after dealing with this family company - we'd build again with Roseleigh anytime
