The design experience and prices/value were comparable to most others. The installation took twice as long as the "worst case" schedule. Some issues with light fixtures failing, but they did replace them. Sod installation was poor, full of uneven ground. The "SunDek" coating failed and began to flake and peel while still under warranty, they replaced and corrected half of it under warranty but left the other half to continue to fail. While waiting the warranty expired and now they refuse to fix it.

What a horrible run organization. I signed.a contract in November of 2021 with a swim date of June 2022. They broke ground in January of 22 and made a horrible mess. They worked on my pool maybe 1 or 2 days a month and NEVER finished the job. David the job superintendent would seldom return a call or text and was never helpful, very short like I was only a customer and not important. Marie in scheduling I think tried to be helpful in letting me know when someone should be coming to do something, but was derailed by something else behind the scenes. She would let me know a date but never update me when things changed. Which was almost every time they came out. They had trouble meeting city of Euless building guidelines and couldn’t get inspections correct. David seemed too busy to mess with my pool or inspections. Equipment was ordered November 15th 2021 by what they told me, but in June 2022 it didn’t seem to be on hand. I had already been told the equipment was in their warehouse in April. So I guess they used it on someone else’s pool and reordered mine. So we lost another month waiting on the equipment. I went to their office to talk in person to the person in charge. Another David, he was very unhappy that a customer would come to his office and interrupt his day. He told me how they had done everything as contracted for including sending me his timeline that I never received. When he checked the email it was sent to the wrong address even after I had had emails with Marie in scheduling. But his system was wrong. David should not be running an ice cream stand. His customer skills are zero, and seems like his organization and delegation skills are also zero. They finally got the pool running about August 8th. Now just think about having a new that you can’t run the pool sweep for the first 30 days so the plaster can cure, and them not provide a vacuum. So after spending $88,000 I had to go out and buy a pool vacuum. My pool is not very large due to the yard size and no hot tub or elaborate features but cost $88,000 and get the worst service and attitude possible. As of today in September they still have not come out and finished 1 small item they said they would repair a month ago. I BUILT THIS HOME IN LESS TIME THAN THEY TOOK TO BUILD A SIMPLE POOL.

10 Stars We are so grateful for Robertson's Pool company! Our pool was started by another company and just after they did the gunite ,they stopped showing up! We received a letter in the mail that the pool company had filed for bankruptcy which was a total shock to us considered we had just paid in $20k of work that was now going to invisible to the human eye so to speak! Ron Robertson and Dave Solomon swooped in like Batman and Robin and saved the day! Our pool couldn't look any better! Their entire crew was friendly, informative and attentive to our needs! Our kids were finally able have their pool thanks to them and it was finished just before our son's birthday! (POOL PARTY BABY!) Everyone in the neighborhood talks about how beautiful and sexy our pool looks! If you're looking for quality service and quality work, Robertson's Pool Inc is it! Here a few pics of our pool!

Patio cover has been sitting for 4 weeks with attic exposed. We now have a squirrel living in the attic and cant do anything about it because the company wont finish the work. Their supplier is out of "Cedar" When I pointed out that home depot has 73 bundles of product "they don't buy from home depot" Robertson told me they dont use sub contractors for anything except electrical. They have used subs for almost the whole job. I told the sales rep specifically I didnt want to use a GC for this reason. Now my project is 7 months in and the permits are about to expire they have taken so long. With the bogus excuses of waiting on pool parts. WE WERE NOT DOING A POOL.

Was a six year client to have Robertson service our pool. Lately their service and management has gone down hill dramatically. For the past 3 months the tech assigned to our home never emptied the in ground cleaning system filter....a standard part of a pool cleaning services contract and part of the $56/week contract we had with Robertson. For 5 years all techs did the complete job spending 20 to 30 minutes at our home cleaning, brushing, emptying baskets, but the techs today spend a hurried 5 to 10 minute job of sub-standard cleaning. We complained to the supervisor multiple times but we experienced no change in performance. On the last visit before I fired Robertson Pool Inc we discovered their tech had never cleaned the in-ground feature for his 13 to 16 prior visits. Our pool had algae in it for weeks now. When asked the tech said that filter was above his pay grade ( this is not the main backwash filter). When management was challenged they just said the same tech would be back to fix the cloudy condition of the pool! No apology so I fired them. Even though I had to spend $86 to fix the balance of the pool the supervisor said he would still bill me the $56. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I first hired Robertson pool service to renovate my existing pool. They did an excellent job in every respect. It's become the show piece of our property. Subsequently, I have used Robertson for all pool service for the last 10 to 15 years and I've been satisfied in every respect.
