We have been working with Schulberg Demkiw Architects (SD) since 2013 on our 2 luxury townhouse development in Bayside Melbourne. The project is now nearing completion. It is a project that has been riddled with challenges. SD have been instrumental in the ultimate success of the project, due to their professionalism, expertise, creativity and patience. I would have no issues in recommending Ray and Robert.

We have been working with Robert Schulberg and his wonderful team on our new family home in Malvern for almost two years now. No detail has been overlooked in our project, and it's been an enjoyable journey seeing our ideas being put into words, hand-drawn concepts, countless pages of architectural drawings, and now having the build be well underway. Robert and his team have always been one step ahead of the game, and their professionalism through each step of the design, tender, and project management process is to be commended. What was immediate from the start is that Robert is an architect without an ego, and one who truly listens and cares about designing and delivering a project that reflects OUR own personality and lifestyle. No request was 'too much effort' for him and the team, from a lift that services 4 levels, to a staircase hidden behind a bookshelf leading to a rooftop oasis. His team has effortlessly worked in with another interior designer, landscape architect, and AV firm. We would happily recommend Robert to anybody looking for an architect to help them realise their dream home.

Carried out the design of a complex 80 sq M house for us in Hawthorn East 9 years ago . We are still living in the house which has a great feel about it . Schulberg Demkiw listened to our expectations and tastes and we are very happy with the end result .

We have had the pleasure of working with Robert and his team on several occasions. Initially renovating our family home and soon after building 2 homes for other family members. Recently they began collaborating with our son to renovate his home. They are a great team - innovative,creative with a great team of crafts people who are just as reliable and profession . Robert and his team listened carefully to our brief and we got what we envisioned but with far greater style . We couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Enjoyed working with the experienced design team of Ray and Robert. Whilst having been confronted with numerous challenges throughout the process, in the end without their experience it would have been difficult getting to an end. The project won an architectural design award at the City of Bayside and the design has stood the test of time.
