I hired 2C Custom Lighting to install my media and audio equipment in my new home. I could not be more pleased with the level of service and professionalism. Robert communicated well with me at every stage of the project. He worked with me to get me the best products for my budget. I felt really comfortable with accepting his advise on the products that would give me the best sound. I could not ask for a better company to have hired. The installation took several hours because it was a multi-room job. Robert not only communicated with me during the installation but he also came back the next day because I needed additional assistance to operate my new “toys” (media equipment). The 120 inch screen with the 4K projector shows an awesome picture. Great company and service!!!!

Everything started off great. Robert came out to my house and gave me an estimate on a home theater installation. That was on a Thursday. He tells me he can have everything installed no later that next Friday. Next Friday comes, he calls and says that he hadn't received the speakers. (No problem) He said we was going to call the manufacturer to get a tracking number and then email it to me. That never happen. Three weeks later he finally receives the speakers. Him and his partner come out and install the system. The system sounds great. I ask for a discount because it took so long for installation. He didn't want to do anything. He decides to take off 40.00 because they needed an extra cable to complete the installation. Two weeks after installation the sub woofer stops working. I google the problem just to see if its something I can take care of. Turns out, there was a power outage that caused the fuse in the sub woofer to blow. I go to home depot and buy the fuse and replace it. The sub woofer still doesn't work. I call Robert Owens to see if there is something he could do. Keep in mind, it hasn't even been 30 days. The phone rings twice and then he swipes the ignore button. My biggest complaint with the service is clear communication. When someone is spending 3500.00 they want stay informed to make sure they arent getting messed around. 3500.00 may not be much to you Robert but that isn't true for everyone. Nothing is perfect but good clear communication is critical when conducting business. Robert and Joshua did a great job with installation, however, there customer service was poor. My sub woofer still doesn't work, so now I have to go and spend some more money to by a sub woofer. Guys, work on being crystal clear with your customers, and taking care of them. If something is going to take longer, be honest with the customer. If your customer reaches out to you, don't blow them off.

Mr Robert Owen ,owner of C2 Technology, handles himself in a very professional manner he approachases his job with the utmost, honesty, sincerity and diligence. He provided all the led lighting for my fifty two hundred square foot dental office and for the whole downstairs of my home (2500 sq ft) He did and excellent job and in a timely manner. I have recommended him to friends and relatives who have all been very satisfied with his work. I will continue to recommend Mr Owen because he has proven himself numerous times to provide and excellent result in a very efficient, timely manner. I recommend him without reservation!! I am the epitome of the PAIN IS THE A$$ client - demanding and everything has to be done yesterday. BUT, 2C exceeding my expectations every step of the design, MEP and construction process. The job went great. The job looks great. And, the use of LED has made the temperature in our manufacturing plant run cooler. 2C is a must use.
