We have never had such an easy and seamless experience in building a home. Brandon and his team were wonderful to work with. The finishes that are included are wonderful, and we never had any "surprises" along the way. What we were told at the beginning is exactly what happened, and the cost never increased for any reason. Our house is beautiful, and we couldn't have asked for a better builder.

Their sign says “Building Dreams”. My wife and I selected Renaissance to build our home in May 2019. We asked a lot of questions and they walked us through the process with a lot of patience. They truly operate as a team to get things done. Our home is beautiful and very well built. We feel we have built a long term friendship with the entire Renaissance team. It would be an understatement to say they built our dream home. We could have never dreamt this. Brandon along with his team Sam and Tammi built the house of my dreams. The team was always available to address any concerns during the planning, build and after move in . Any issues were handled in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. Brandon’s homes are custom from the exterior, appliances, interior finishes. I’m glad I choose Renaissance Homes the best.

From the beginning of our inquiries Brandon and his team were sensitive to our concerns and needs. Communicating with us throughout the build and addressing any and all concerns. Great attention to detail by all contractors. The finishing, appliances, and vendor consultations were something that mean a lot to us. We absolutely love our home and finally have a place that meets are every need.

We just moved into our new home built by Renaissance Homes and couldn’t be happier with the whole building process from start to finish. Brandon (the builder), Sam (the foreman) and Tammi (the office manager/decorator) were amazing to work with, and seemed nearly as excited about making our dream come true as we were. The quality of workmanship in our new home is impressive. Ours is one of the smaller homes Renaissance builds, but there was no skimping on quality in the details. Here are some comments on different aspects of our building adventure. Creating a vision: We were able to sit down with Brandon and show him pictures of the look we were going for. He then showed us several floor plans that would work within our price range before coming up with a building contract that incorporated as many details as we could think of. He has a very “can do” attitude about tweaking a plan to fit a specific vision. Making selections: Tammi kept us continually posted on what selections were coming next, giving us time to think a bit each step of the way. We were able to choose brick, stone, type of concrete, flooring, carpet, paint colors, tile, moldings, doors, fixtures, appliances, and even placement of plugs, switches and tv wiring. I was even allowed to sketch out plans for our front windows, laundry room, and layout of our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Tammi’s organization of all the details and decisions kept communication among all workers and vendors clear. She was very reassuring and always available to help. The building process itself: Sam’s high standards for supervising the work subcontractors do shows in details all through the home. He frequently checked with us as things were being done, and was very approachable along the way with ideas like cabinet and laundry room layouts. The twinkle in his eye and the obvious pleasure he takes in perfection wherever possible shine through his at-first super serious foreman exterior. He is meticulous about quality workmanship. Budget: Brandon’s builder’s selections and construction standards are solid and high quality. We knew in advance about a few extras and upgrades before creating the “scope of work” contract, so included them in the budget. For extras/upgrades that we added after the contract was signed, Tammi was able to give us an idea of how much extra those items might cost so we could decide if we really wanted to add them. We chose to add a privacy wall to the patio, a beautiful inset shelf above the stove, a bit extra for grass in landscaping, and several other extras at a reasonable additional cost. Extras were certainly not necessary, but when we decided to add some, charges were reasonable — there were no scary surprises. Quality workmanship: We were impressed with the subcontractors’ attention to detail, from the decorative brick work around windows and patio, to impressive moldings and windows, to perfectly polished granite, to creative kitchen cabinetry that makes the most of space. The house is very well insulated, holding heat well on the coldest days. The propane fueled fireplace looks unusually natural and starts with the flip of a wall switch. The end effect makes our 1930sf home feel quite grand. Followup: We closed on our home mortgage a couple of weeks ago, but Sam continues to follow up with us to be sure everything is complete and in good working order. We’d be happy to show off our home. My wife and I were looking for a quality and professionally built home and hit the jackpot with Brandon Tedder and Renaissance Homes. The quality of materials and construction is top notch and we would recommend this company to anyone looking to build or purchase their dream home. The builder and his staff are very responsive and we can't say enough about how pleased we are with the whole experience. This was not the first project my wife and I have been involved in but it certainly was the best! Take a look at their work, it is outstanding!

Cannot say enough about how great Brandon and Sam at Renaissance Homes are. They built THE perfect house for us. The quality, efficiency and understanding of what we wanted and the budget we set could hot have been better. The process was simple and everyone at Renaissance is so much fun to work with. Again, our house turned out far better than we ever imagined. Any minor problem that came up was handled immediately. We love this house so much and would highly recommend Renaissance Homes to anyone considering building a new home.

We retired from Minnesota to Arkansas to enjoy hiking, fishing, and golfing at Hot Springs Village. But before could relax, we needed to select a builder for our custom retirement home. After talking to five builders we chose Renaissance Homes. In all aspects of our relationship with Renaissance, Brandon Tedder and his Team were able to meet, or exceed our expectations. Renaissance was able to: - Complete the construction of our home within four months, where other builders estimated 6-8 months to complete. This saved us thousands on home rental. - Ensured the home was built with Energy Star recommendations. This included many items such as “Low E” windows and spray foam insulation. - Worked with our architect to understand our requirements, and built the home from our specifications, truly a custom home. - Provided fantastic design recommendations for the wood floors, tile, paint color and much more. - The framing, foundation, roofers, plumbers, and electrician Teams were highly skilled and easy to work with. We have to give special praise to Paul. He did all the trim work in our home. He built us a custom barn door that is a focal point in our kitchen. - Brandon assigned a project manager (Sam) to be our point of contact and accountable for every aspect of the build process. Sam did a great job working with us and assuring the Renaissance Team met, or exceeded our expectations. But, Brandon was always available by phone or face-to-face meetings to discuss questions or changes. He is truthfully a hands on owner. We even have pictures of Brandon and Sam working on concrete texture to our driveway. - Finally, Renaissance was able to build our retirement home within budget. This was very important to us as we were just starting our retirement, and needed to manage our finances closely. We are currently in our warranty period, and the few issues we have encountered have been addressed in a timely manner by Renaissance. We would highly recommend Renaissance for your next home construction.
