Would definitely recommend working with Renee and Ken to anyone remodeling a kitchen and hope to use them again for other areas of my home. Renee has an way of guiding you through a scary process and making it enjoyable...never rushing me and yet breaking down the project into doable steps and small decisions. The cabinet color choices are somewhat limited but the quality is great. The cabinets are solid and glide beautifully, with great painted finish. She listened to me and her ideas usually melded with my own. As a team we created an incredibly efficient and beautiful modern design. The cabinets were delivered on time! The counter is gorgeous! She helped save me money on sink fixtures and worked with my applicance dealer. Her installers were without fail skillful, respectful, punctual and neat, always leaving the job site clean. Ken's craftmanship on a few modifications was perfect. The project manager kept me well-informed of plans for the next day and arrival times. And pricing for add-ons was quite fair. I have only good things to say about my new contemporary dream kitchen...

We used Renee, Ken and their son Luke for a major renovation of our 32 year-old kitchen and could not be any more pleased with both the process and results. Renee was extremely helpful in the design stage with everything from cabinet and draw design to tile and countertop selection. She also helped us with selection of light fixtures and paint colors for the kitchen and adjacent rooms. This was all accomplished in a brief period of time. Ken and Luke managed the install process and coordinated the work of all the other contractors like painters and electricians. The quality of their work was top notch. They managed the entire process while we were out of town and we returned to a beutiful and completed renovation. These folks are very nice and extremely professional. We could not recommend them more highly and plan on using them for further projects.

We had the best experience working with Renee, Ken and Luke remodeling our kitchen. Renee was extremely helpful in navigating all of our design options and Ken and Luke were very responsive and transparent while the work was being done. Everything stayed exactly on timeline and budget. They double checked all of the contractors work and paid close attention to detail. We have our dream kitchen now and it’s all thanks to their wonderful work!

I recently had Ken and Renee redo my bathroom. Renee worked with me to make sure I picked the correct tiles, cabinets, hardware and paint. She was there every step of the way to assist and answer any questions I had. Ken kept me informed on when they would be at my house to perform each task that needed to be done. If I had any questions or concerns they were quick to respond. I love my bathroom so much. You can't ask for a better team to work with.

We love our new bright, spacious new kitchen! Ken, Renee and Luke were a pleasure to work with, making the process as painless as possible, and managing to keep pretty well within budget and on schedule during the pandemic. They were on-site regularly, working with the installers and keeping an eye on all of the details. Our colonial home presented them with many design and structural challenges, which they handled creatively and expertly. The new kitchen is modern yet still blends well with the rest of the old house. Renee greatly simplified the process of making all of the picky design decisions such as hardware, faucets, countertops, backsplash, etc., so that it was enjoyable rather than overwhelming. We are very happy with our bathroom renovation. Before we discovered Red Door, we met with a couple of other designers who just didn't seem right. I didn't know why until I met with Renee. Then I realized the difference; Renee listened. After getting a sense of our goals and tastes, Renee guided us through the design process. She is a talented designer who worked with us through all of the decisions. Once the job started, Ken consistently checked on the progress. The crew were efficient and neat, doing a thorough clean-up job at the end of each day. The end result is the bathroom of our dreams, our own little spa retreat!

We can’t thank You enough for helping us renovate our kitchen! It was truly transformed and I can’t even remember what it used to look like.... it looks like it belonged this way the whole time. It is ABSOLUTELY beautiful and we love it so much! It is the space we love to be in! A kitchen Reno during a pandemic is no easy feat, but you two pulled it off and stayed on track and delivered! All of the workers were very respectful of our home and space, and did an awesome job! And those tilers..... true artists for getting that tile behind the hood! We love our barn doors that Ken made - and love that they are part of the kitchen. Another special element to all of the things we love about our new and improved kitchen! It was such a pleasure working with the two of you and I would recommend you to anyone!!!!

Renee and Ken did a truly amazing job on our full kitchen redo. The attention to detail and style choices were impressive and we are loving our kitchen every day and night. The team was professional from the comprehensive and well thought out design, through completion. They were clean, efficient, and absolute professionals. We highly recommend them. Ken and Renee are consummate professionals, and I couldn’t be happier with the job they did updating my kitchen. We have a modest home and decided to install a new kitchen sink and update our counter tops. We were rather hesitant to hire the services of Red Door, believing our upgrade would be too small. Instead, from our first visit to their showroom to the day of installation, Ken and Rene provided excellent, caring customer service. Their installers are superior! They are organized, neat, punctual, polite and their workmanship is beautiful!! We are extremely satisfied with our beautiful quartz counter tops!! Thank you Rene & Ken!!
