With over ten years experience and somewhere around a hundred and fifty new homes built, John has put in the time and effort necessary to succeed in the building business. As the lead superintendent for Stonebrook Builders, he has managed projects ranging from “high-end production” “second homes” to “million-plus” “estate series homes”. The relationship forged with Stonebrook Builders continues to stand as they have a strong presence in DFW. With over 30 years of history in the area, Stonebrook has found success in the cities of Flower Mound, Highland Village, Carrollton, Prosper and Southlake (just to name a few). Stonebrook currently has properties available to build on, as well as completed inventory, in Prosper and coming soon to Argyle. John Jeffords has a knack for coordinating highly detailed jobs well, and has a passion for doing it in a manner that is fulfilling to the buyer.
