Designing and remodeling my kitchen with Regency has been one of the best experiences I have had. Yes, it was done during the pandemic , yes there were supply chain issues but none of that affected my project. Norm said he would complete the kitchen in 4-5 weeks and he kept his word. Every contractor that came into my home was neat, polite and willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. Each contractor cleaned up every night when they were done for the day. Norm himself came by almost daily to check on progress and to be sure I was totally happy. When there was a plumbing issue unrelated to the remodel he solved that also. Having heard nothing but horror stories about remodeling, I have to say NOT TRUE with Regency. The office staff was equally wonderful. I have to say in all honesty I was not 100% sure of exactly what I wanted but they were patient as we worked through all of the tiny details like grout color or lighting. Each professional was a problem solver. I knew I wanted a wine rack but I had no room for it. Norm suggested and Brett custom built a wine rack into the pantry design. How clever. The best thing that I can say is I feel I now have a new friend that happens to be a contractor, owner and problem solver. Although my project is done, I still call upon him for information and advise. I need to have a replacement intercom installed . Who did I call ? My Superman, NORM. He helped once again. This is more than company, this is a family affair and the customers become a part of the big family. ( Except you don't have to fight to get things done.) My kitchen is beautiful, I prefer to to just admire it rather than cook in it.

They did a fantastic job on my house, transforming the kitchen into a gorgeous, well structured room; adding a stunning ensuite in the basement; and updating the attic/master bedroom. We are extremely happy with the results of our project. The Regency team remodeled 2 bathrooms and created a new walk-in closet for our master bedroom. Norm is an honest man who truly cares about doing a great job for his customers. We were especially happy with the full service, from design to build, that we received from Regency. Regency finished our basement and put in a full bathroom. Everything was smoothly co-ordinated by Aaron and Ruth. From help with the design and advice along the way the communication and follow up was fantastic. Everyone that worked for them was pleasant, professional, tidy and did a great job. Our experience was first class and I would highly recommend this company.

We hired Regency to do a full tear-down and remodel of our kitchen, and they handled it expertly. Ruth in the office made sure communication was constant throughout the entire process, including through a central website where we could track selections, costs, etc., which was a big plus. The team showed up when they were scheduled and did a nice job with all the small details that add up to make the project look great. Norm handled the few surprises that popped up here or there, and made sure our vision was well executed. If you are looking for quality work, Regency is a great choice for your project.

Regency Developers worked up the design, got all the permits, and did all the overseeing of the project. They were reachable and quick to troubleshoot any questions or concerns.

There needs to be an A+ button!! Regency Design and Build is seriously the most amazing remodeling company I have ever worked with! As someone who has done several kitchen remodels in different homes, as well as bathroom and basement re-designing and remodeling, I can honestly say that I have never dealt with such an efficient and conscientious group of people. From start to finish, I knew exactly what was happening. Every day, Ruth would email me and let me know WHO was coming out, WHEN they were coming out and WHAT they would be doing the next day. The work they did for me (a complete basement demo and remodel) was phenomenal! I could not be more pleased. Norm's estimate was extremely fair and did not change throughout the project, unless I wanted to add on something. I will definitely work with Regency again for any remodeling or updating needs I may have. You guys are AWESOME! Thank you!

We had a fantastic experience with Regency Developers from start to finish. We used them for a complete kitchen remodel and install of new flooring throughout the first floor of our house. This was our first major renovation we had ever done so we went into it not knowing anything. We meet with three different contractors and received quotes from all of them but what Norm Muskal brought to the table was a genuine concern for our thoughts on the project and a patience with our decision on when we were ready to start it. When we decided to move forward and pick a date things happened fast and efficiently. The sub contractors that Norm hired have all worked with him before. They worked clean and were all pleasant to have in our house. Throughout the project any concerns we had were addressed fast and solutions were made to keep moving forward. We had only one hiccup with the countertops but the problem was fixed to our liking and we continued onto finish. Like any major renovation after it’s all done things will come up after the dust has settled. Norm and his team was on top of that and made a point to check in and take care of those issues fast and efficiently like usual. I would highly recommend Regency Developers for any home improvement project and use them again in the future.
