ProBuild360 have just completed a full design and refurbishment of our property. We were looking for a Company that could offer a full turn-key solution. Our priority was to find a Company who were interested in delivering a high-end look & feel. It was clear from our first initial meeting on site that the entire team from PB360 were very engaging and were interested in making sure we had the best possible outcome. Without any commitment, they came to see us with all the required parties (Owners, Commercial, Designers & fit-out team). We soon realised that we were going to be taken on a journey that would make us think differently about how we wanted our new home to look. This we have to say, was the best thing that could have happened. We were shown such a wonderful array of designs that we would never have thought of ourselves. From the eye for detail, to the superb installation quality, we were rewarded with a wonderful home. We could not have had a better outcome. As part of the journey, we were given a cost breakdown of every element of the scheme. This gave us the ability to manage the budget throughout the project and the guys at PB360 really did focus on this, and our home was delivered on budget. If I was to name individuals, it would not be fair for everybody who played a part in the overall project. The entire team are fantastic. Their business model is exceptional. They really do deliver a turn-key solution from start to finish using their in-house design team and in-house tradesmen. We would thoroughly recommend ProBuild360.

We were looking for a competent builder to undertake renovations at our home that was in need of modernisation. We didn’t know where to start but kept seeing the Probuild360 signs and vans everywhere we turned. The company looked professional and then a friend also recommended their services as she had had some work done and had a great experience. Her extension and new kitchen looks amazing so we called for someone to come and help us with our work. The main thing that came across right away was the total service Probuild could provide including co- ordination of all aspects of the work and the help with designing the kitchen and bathrooms and all the lovely finishes- we couldn’t have done it without all the help and care that the whole team provided. The work agreed was clearly documented and we really felt very reassured that the costs were fixed unless we asked for more things along the way, which of course we did! The actual work was delivered to the highest standard and exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be more grateful to all the guys and girls at Probuild360, you have changed the way we live, and we are so happy with the end result. We had the misfortune of being referred to this firm by our architect in the summer of 2021. They committed to renovating our house in 8 weeks. 40 weeks later we threw them out so we could actually move in and there is still things that need either fixing, completing or repairing and they are now non responsive. Our newly installed shower (by them) leaked through into our kitchen and they never responded to our urgent call for help. Over 70% of the windows they installed were defective. An outside sewer drain was created but they failed to cap it. Gutters were left unfinished. After our meticulous planning , the utility room was deliver and installed but was the wrong colour of cabinetry and not the design we agreed - and on and on and on. The company undertook a significant electrical upgrade of our house but we had lights that did not work, unconnected cables, loose live wires. We have asked numerous times for the electrical certificate and they refuse to send it to us. Their workmen destroyed our front gate but they never admitted responsibility. They never made good the front of our house and garden, even though they are contracted to do so. They treated us and our house and limited possessions with a total lack of respect, using our kitchen equipment that had been secreted away and breaking our fridge and microwave. The owner has never had the courtesy to respond directly to us when we have raised any of our issues in the last 2 years. In fact most of these glowing reviews here and on other sites, especially their own website, seem too good to be true and suggest they are most likely not written by actual customers. We cannot believe (and we also know for a fact) that we are the only client who has been so badly treated. But you can pay to suppress bad reviews! So, please never use this firm. They are unethical, disrespectful and their workmanship is poor.

Probuild 360 completed our extension in March this year. The finish is superb and every member of the team was courteous and extremely well skilled. We are delighted with our house extension.

Pro-Build 360 came recommended to build my ground floor extension: a bedroom for my mother, shower room, utility area and extended kitchen. All with underfloor heating. The quality of the work is worth the money. As the work progressed it was regularly checked against building regulations. Any questions I had were promptly answered. Seven years later I still have no issues with my extension, so I have called upon Pro-Build 360 to do further work on my home because I know I will have peace of mind of a job well done.

For the cost-effective fee of £360 we got so much more and would have happily paid more for the level of detail, comfort and reassurance that was given by Bahram. We first came across Probuild 360 when we saw one of their boards outside another development. An initial appointment was made with the lovely Savannah for Bahram to come and see us. On schedule Bahram came to our property with Pouria, they spent as much time as we needed going through our vision of what we required, they then challenged us with ideas we hadn’t even considered, some of their ideas blew us away. Both Bahram and Pouria were so professional and knowledgeable, and made us feel so at ease. They filled us with total confidence they could deliver what was proposed. Within days, an initial quote was emailed with a clear breakdown of all the things we can do, we can then select what work we want done and see the cost of each. We also went to Probuild offices and showroom. Savannah showed us around, and what a variety of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and garden rooms they had, we got so many more ideas of what we can do. At this visit we had another meeting with Bahram and Pouria, there was no pressure from them, they were happy to discuss all and any questions we had. We had a near complete reworking of the downstairs of our house, including the building of an extension, by Probuild 360 in the summer and autumn of 2020. The experience was hugely different from other building experiences that we have had. When we initially met Bahram he filled us with confidence- it was clear that he was fired up by the prospect of creating something that would be life enhancing and he wasn’t just about getting something/anything up. He showed us a variety of different extensions they had done and lots of options. He is a man who is hugely knowledgeable and who likes a good roof…. though he is less sure about bifolds (we got them anyway and they are brilliant for us ). Something that immediately impressed was the way the team treated each other in the offices. It is important to us that people feel respected and valued and it was clear this was a core part of how the organisation functions- people were simply kind and respectful to each other. Once the guys started working we discovered that this is the standard way the people working for Probuild treat both customers and each other. When you have folk around for a number of months this becomes very important. It may sound odd, but they were a joy to work with. It is worth mentioning up front is that Probuild don’t look cheap- the initial costings for the extension were more than other builders, however they were also more transparent and we felt we would benefit from the way Probuild have the whole team working together. As it turned out I don’t believe we paid significantly more than we would have with other builders (from previous experience) but the whole process was hugely less stressful than it could have been- building work is always a difficult time however the guys did everything they could to minimise this. At every point we were kept informed of what was going on and we had regular meetings with the people involved- the team dovetailed together and were coordinated brilliantly by Wes and Matt. We always knew what was going on and, crucially, the building was organised to minimise our inconvenience (though dust is still relentlessly pervasive). As we went through the project various issues arose, the sorts of things that can be a real headache such as needing to move the boiler, but each of these were tackled with a “can do” attitude that meant that rather than adding extra stress they just got sorted. When it became clear that there was going to be an issue with the step out of the rear of the house Wes planned and had a patio built within a week. It was really impressive. The family nature of the firm is particularly striking. Each person working for Probuild took pride in their workmanship and the end result was an extension and reworking of the ground floor of the house that are a joy to live in. My wife and I met with Bahram, Tehmi and the team for the first time in July 2019 as we were going through the purchase of our house which needed a full renovation. We had met with a number of builders, but none of them gave us that special spark which we got from Probuild: the feeling that we could trust them and work with them. As such, we took the plunge and went ahead with them, and it was the best decision that we've ever made. From the very beginning they were on our team and leading us through the whole process. This began with them sitting down with us to truly understand our taste, requirements and budget, moving on to handling the architects on our behalf, to then dealing with all of the various subcontractors / details which come with a large project. It would have been, frankly, impossible for us to manage multiple different contractors given our lack of experience in building projects and both of us having full time jobs. As such, the convenience of having one person to go to for all of our problems saved us time, money and headaches. As the project went on, Probuild were upfront about the cost implications of any changes / upgrades which either they suggested or we requested. This allowed for a transparent process which we felt in control of, allowing us to splash out a bit where we felt like it, and be sensible in other places. From my experience with other builders, this is a very rare quality to find in a team, and I believe is reflective of their whole ethos as a company. When there were problems which needed to be dealt with, rather than push the blame around, they simply fixed it. Probuild is a family business and they operate as such. They're willing to go the extra mile and spend the extra time needed with you to make sure that you get exactly what you want. Going through the process we very quickly felt more like we were meeting up with our friends rather than our contractors, and that made the whole process fun and exciting, which is how it should be when you're building your dream. This positive attitude spilled out onto our road: when we moved in, our neighbours told us that the Probuild contractors had always been courteous and respectful, which stands in stark contrast to many other companies. And finally the product that they delivered. Wow, absolutely fantastic. Their attention to detail right from the beginning at the design process through to the building / plumbing / electrical work during the build phase through to the decoration and furnishing left us over the moon. All the way through the process they would lend their expertise and suggest improvements or better ways of doing things to achieve the best possible final product, and it shows. The only problem that we now face is that all of our friends and family are incredibly envious of us when they come to visit. We highly recommend Probuild to anyone wanting to undertake a project like ours. The work they have done has literally changed our life.

The pro-build team installed a loft conversion in my terraced property. From start to finish the professionalism of the team was of the highest standard. Bahram visited my property for the initial consultation and every Avenue of the project was discussed in full. I felt very secure in knowing the project would be done correctly and be what I wanted out of it. Throughout the process I was updated weekly on the progress of the project, as I was not in the property at the time- I felt the team were trustworthy to leave the keys in their possession, I was kept thoroughly informed by different members of the team such as Wes, Matt and Max- all were lovely gentlemen and nothing was a bother to them- phone calls day or night they were happy to assist in any queries I had. The loft conversion is everything I had hoped for , it has provided a lovely light space for an extra bedroom and has brought the finishing touch to my new home. Having done extensive research and spoken with a number of builders, and being an engineer myself, I very confidently went for ProBuild360 – it was the best decision I could have made. ProBuild was the only company who perfectly reflected our own enthusiasm for this build. Their people are so passionate about what they do and they possess the highest of standards. My wife and I couldn’t have felt more confident in their ability to deliver our vision. During the course of the build we made a number of alterations, each one in close consultation with ProBuild360. They always presented a number of well thought out solutions and the vast majority of changes were design enhancements, which the ProBuild360 team recommended to me, none of which added to the cost! This review is for the Probuild360 Build Consultation service: From the first call we made, Omar & Savannah answered initial questions and were knowledgeable & friendly as they explained the build consultation service to us. We felt reassured that we would be in good hands and decided it was just what we needed. Project Manager, Bahram accompanied us to our first viewing of the fixer-upper house that we went on to buy. Bahram showed a lot of energy and enthusiasm about the potential of the house and was generous with his time after the viewing. He listened to our ideas, gave a considered opinion of what the house needed and gave a ballpark total figure and breakdown of costs, which was important for us to be able to negotiate a purchase price that would leave enough budget for the required work. The more exciting part began as our offer was accepted and we then spoke to Savannah again to book a visit to the Probuild360 show-room. Omar welcomed us with coffee and pastries, before Savannah provided a friendly, unrushed and informative tour, explaining the full service options and the level of detail and variations available in the design phase, all with warm humour and great customer care. After the tour, we were then introduced to the rest of the team and sat down with Bahram. He walked us through a detailed breakdown of the planned works, again unrushed and with all of our questions answered about the process.

Had an Initial Meeting with Bharam who was a real gentleman. Spoke to a few other builders who seemed genuine but just don’t have the vision of Pro build in my humble opinion. To the laymen a building project is pretty daunting and departing with hard earned cash a big decision. We visited the showroom and was pretty stunned by firstly the level of engagement. That’s so rare these days and the place had a real buzz. Everything is thought through your not getting a shell. Interior design and options on everything connected with the build. Very impressed and looking to go with pro build in the new year.

We’d just purchased our first home in Solihull (a 4 bed detached) and wanted to modernise it throughout. Our vision was simple – create a big open space so we could all coexist, and maximise space across the every inch of the house. The transformation Probuild360 undertook on our home was phenomenal, you'd have to see the old vs new to appreciate how different it really is. The pace of the external works allowed us to see and feel the space we were creating. Their design/build expertise allowed us to really maximise every inch of the house for space. They even helped us manage building control issues with the original roof midway through the process, replacing it completely with new trusses to create a massive loft extension for a future room/man cave, adding future value to the property. The alternative would have been for us to spend a lot of money and end up with barely any loft space. Not the type of decision we could/would have made ourselves, but it showed what value having expertise like theirs could add to your home. The exterior build team were exceptional. In the same breath, I can’t compliment the interior build team and electrical design works enough. It felt like they were building their own place, putting in the hours and attention to detail that we would do if we had the skill to do it. They're great at what they do, and humble about doing it. Engage with Bahram and his wonderful team - there's no safer pair of hands i'd entrust than theirs.

Probuild 360 responded professionally and promptly to assist with an issue I recently raised with them almost 5 years after the initial installation work. It is reassuring to know that a company is there for you to provide excellent after sales service. They arranged to complete the small rectification without delay and the standard of workmanship was excellent and all completed in one day to my satisfaction.

In mid-September, I approached several design-and-build companies with an impossible dream. My parents' house had been in desperate need of updating and extending for a while, but we suddenly had a pressing deadline. My sister was moving back home at the age of 42, having had the kind of news that no one wants to receive about themselves or their loved one: GMB4. A stage 4 brain tumour with an average survival time of 12-14 months post-diagnosis. My sister's doctors didn't want her living alone because of the risk of seizures from the tumour, so she agreed to move back home on one condition: the house had to finally have the makeover it needed. The bulk of the work comprised a side return extension, relocating the kitchen to the middle of the house, installing under-floor heating through most of the ground floor, moving and replacing the boiler, and creating a full-width living space at the back of the house looking out onto the garden. Somewhere my sister could rest, relax, and recover from the gruelling monthly sessions of chemotherapy. I explained our situation to the companies I contacted, summarising with the words, "We have the funds, but not the time", adding that we hoped to have the extension completed by Christmas. They either didn't reply - or said they would have loved to help, but just couldn't come close to hitting the deadline. All except Probuild360. I received a lovely email the following day, and the managing director Bahram came to see us at the house the following week. It was clear to me that our family's situation had struck a chord with him, and he seemed sincere in his wish to help. In fact, he promised he would do his best to ensure we would have our Christmas dinner in the fully completed extension. I don't think there was a dry eye in the room at that point! It meant such a great deal to us - this was the answer to our prayers. Within a few weeks, the Probuild team were onsite, and progress from there went at a blistering pace. On some days there were half a dozen different tradespeople on site. Co-ordinating all this were the site managers Wes and Matt, who are a credit to the company, as are their teams. Each and every ProBuild employee we encountered was polite, competent and professional. They listened when we explained what we wanted, and answered our many questions along the way. We felt in safe hands at every step - which made an already challenging time for us that little bit easier. At the time of writing (early December), Probuild are in the final 'snagging list' stage, and we are about to have the kitchen installed - a mere 9 weeks after breaking ground back in mid-October. We are all absolutely staggered at the speed at which this has happened, but also at the quality of the finish. On almost all counts, this has been exceptional. And any areas that haven't been quite right first time, the team have remedied. Although Probuild was the only company who agreed to take on our 'impossible dream', we didn't give them the go-ahead lightly. My dad in particular, now retired from a long career in the construction industry, wanted to make sure that we hired a company whose workmanship he could trust. After meeting Bahram, Wes and Matt, he said he's not met more professional builders in his life. From my dad, that really is praise indeed! For me, and indeed all the family, the best thing Probuild have given us is time. We haven't wasted months tangled up in the complexities of managing different trades - they provided a seamless end-to-end service where things just got done. There's no better way to put it. They made things happen that no other company could. So instead of facing months ahead of upheaval, noise and dust, my family are instead making plans for Christmas day and looking forward to a peaceful new year - and as much time with my sister as we can possibly get.

We used this company to build an open plan kitchen/living / dining extension. During the build we were living abroad, so we were initially concerned about how to manage a big project like this from a distance. Probuild and its team of experts took all that head ache away. Every member of the company has been polite, professional and very easy to talk to from start to finish . And more importantly , they know what they’re doing! We are delighted with our new home (which has turned out so much better than the original design) and are now enjoying the next stage of dressing it beautifully using the help of their wonderful interior designer.. Would use them again without a second thought.

Probuild did our extension and did an excellent job. Even though we were a smaller build they took us seriously as a client and always had time for us. We had two excellent project managers in Wes and Matt, and were always grateful for their advice. The builders were tidy, professional and always so nice to our neighbours. Everyone loves the finish. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

Excellent service delivered by the whole team, great quality and attention delivered to the build all the way through and good communication all the way through. Delighted with the finish of the build and great aftercare to date.

Probuild demolished our garage and replaced with a utility room, downstairs toilet and store room, as well as completely refurbishing our kitchen. They managed the design, planning and build, including direction of all the subcontractors. This meant we had a single point of contact for any issues that arose, taking much of the stress out of the process. We are very pleased with the quality of the end result and would recommend them to anyone who needs an “end-to-end” service.

From start to the finish of this project Pro Build were excellent in all departments. Extremely transparent and superb communication with great attention to detail and keeping me informed of schedule. Building works were completed within quoted time frame and to a very high standard. I'll start by saying that Probuild360 are the creative genius's that I 'hoped' I'd find! My partner and I purchased a house that was in the ideal location, however internally the house didn't meet our requirements. We preferred an open plan living space - a space where we could cook, entertain but also relax whilst the cooking was being done, a social space rather than individual locked off rooms. We also wanted a private room for reading, watching TV and relaxing away when required. The home itself is a period property, yet our style is contemporary, so whilst honouring at times the period of the building, we wanted to create a contemporary interior space as this reflects our true personalities. We also wanted to reconfigure the layout upstairs, reducing the number of bedrooms but increasing the size of the rooms and where possible adding in ensuite facilities to make the rooms practical for ourselves and guests. We visited Probuild360's showroom/HQ and were immediately convinced by their design capabilities and their attention to detail. They listened to us and shared in our vision, then as we had hoped, they inspired us with their years of experience. They transformed our vision to another level entirely. Their design and space layout skills are exceptional. Simple ideas like roof lanterns transformed the amount of light that flooded into what was originally a dark area, and what they achieved with what we considered to be small ensuite spaces was nothing short of incredible! The rooms feel light, spacious, they have nods in the design to the period of the property whilst being contemporary and very much'us'. They were easy to work with and all members of their team were extremely respectful whilst within our home. We decided stay put whilst the work was being carried out, for budget reasons and also to keep an eye on proceedings, we needn't have worried about how the work was being carried out as every member of their team was professional and acutely aware that this was our home, - something that Bahram is very hot on. They left the space as clean as they possibly could every evening. We now have a home that our friends, family and visitors all comment on - in an enviable way I'm delighted to say. I would recommend Probuild360 in particular Bahram and Tehmi for their design capabilities. They achieved more than we thought would be possible.

Complete New Build Project With Therapy Pool, Sensory Room and Lift We wanted a complete new build - which we thought would be a daunting project, we also had additional special requirements, so it was a huge relief to find a company that could manage every aspect of the project from the idea stage to completion. More importantly, we found a company in Probuild360 who were happy to guide us through the whole process from architectural drawings right through build to selecting fabrics, floor tiles, bathrooms and finishing touches, that coordinated beautifully. Our requirements for a sensory room, therapy pool and lift added extra dynamics to the build and third-party involvement at times which again, Probuild360 managed for us, this was not always an easy task. Their creative design is visionary and their craftmanship throughout every aspect of the build has been superb right down to the finer details of level floor access, ventilation systems, and bespoke units including an amazing fish tank built into out media wall. They made the process smooth, they dealt with any issues that arose from third parties - advising them to a happy resolution. They are professional, friendly and go the extra mile. Our home is beautiful - even down to the stunning furniture that they designed and had made for us. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Probuild360 for any aspect of a build project and most definitely for a complete new build.

Probuild360's interior design team proved invaluable to us, we only wish we had done our research earlier. Where another interior decorator and space planner had let us down very badly, Probuild360 swept in, reassured us all would be well... and it was! I was introduced to Probuild 360 through my Architects. I wanted a one stop shop and that is exactly what I got. From the very beginning I had expert advice and service. The standard of workmanship with all the trades was excellent, very professional and friendly. The work was completed on time and on budget. We used Probuild for a second time this year as we did phase 2 of our house. This included ripping out an old bathroom and chimney breast and reconfiguring the layout to create an en suite for our new master bedroom. There was a particular challenge in the en suite as the plumbing had to work with only one pipe down the front of the house. WOW! I was referred to Probuild 360 by our architect. Upon meeting Bahram and the team I was immediately blown away by the creativity and passion that he had for our build. What really struck me were the idea's that he had to improve upon our original designs and it was quite clear that his 'real world' build experience was essential in envisioning the finished project. I know for certain that, had Probuild not been involved, I'd have ended up with a very different, bland and uninspired extension. I have had renovation works carried out on my home previous to my introduction to Probuild360 and bitterly regret that this is the case as I know, for certain, had Bahram been involved from the outset, my house would now be a very different, more exciting, personally designed and bespoke place to call home. I would absolutely, thoroughly recommend Probuild360 to all. I have done so, already, numerous times and look forward to my next project to welcome them back into my home.

As a full time landlord I can thoroughly recommend Probuild 360 who have recently completed end of tenancy refurbs for me in double-quick time, on budget, and to a high standard. The key difference with their approach is that they understood that I am running a business, and therefore I needed to minimise the time the properties were unlet. The various trades arrived in perfect sequence, and got on with the job with no fuss at all. After the first refurb, the team knew my requirements for materials and colours, and have pretty much delivered the next ones with very little input needed from me. From the first moment that Bahram came to see us, it was clear that he, Tehmi and the entire team (Bahram brought them all to meet us before the project started) shared the passion and the excitement to make something special together... Barham - has a flair for "grand designs" and special spaces. He seemed to understand what we were trying to create (and also what we wanted to pay for it!) He is an honourable and passionate gentleman - what he says, he will deliver - even if he has to (and for our project he did!) solve unexpected problems to get there. (Thank you!) Tehmi - the calm matriarch, quietly (and firmly) pulling the strings with a clear focus on going the extra mile for us! (Thank you again!) Trevor's leadership (he was our project manager on site) set the bar and maintained high expectations. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, on every single day. We were genuinely sorry to see him go! "H" was an artist and craftsman - a pleasure to watch! He plastered very complex shapes inside our multi-vaulted ceiling and rendered the entire exterior to perfection. Every one comments on his expertise.. Billy the roofer was a diamond and committed to 110% and nothing less... another lovely chap... So many more of the team (we really felt connected to the entire team of professionals) were committed and ultimately, thanks to their hard work, day after day, what we have is a home that we absolutely LOVE! We pinch ourselves every day and Pro-build 360 took it from some drawings on paper to a wonderful reality!! Highly recommended for quality work without compromise to an exacting professional standard, with great service after completion. Biggest negative: our project took longer than expected. However, now that we are in, enjoying our lovely space, that has faded into a distant niggle... You can see pictures of our project on this site (our dog is smiling through the big glass sliding doors!) We would recommend Pro-Build and wish them all the best for their future.

Probuild 360 have built a truly stunning 2 story extension onto our home. A major project as the property is an old barn conversion. I've rated 5 star because this company built our vision based upon their key values of persistence (never give up there's always a solution), empathy with their customer (me whose challenging as I'm a perfectionist...) and respect for the final aesthetic outcome. There were major challenges due to the age of the property and structure and that's the reality of a build yet with their company values and really exceptional core team of committed friendly and caring craftsmen we travelled the journey with a great team and arrived at an exceptional visual outcome. Other professionals involved in this project were not consistent and supportive when we had build challenges, namely architects, their structural engineer etc.. which exposed even more to me the need to have chosen a building company that stayed the course and found solutions with me.Probuild is a family business that I highly recommend and deserving of 5 stars! (and not many customers can say that after 8 months of building work I'm sure!).

The whole Pro-Build team have been fantastic to work with, whether its helping with the design and fit out of our offices to working on projects with ourselves and clients.
