My husband and I had a great experience with Premium Cabinets. John (who is the owner) helped us design my dream kitchen and suggested changes so that we could get the maximum use out of our space. He helped us look through all the styles of doors, there are a lot of choices. The quality is amazing, the cabinets are all wood with soft close drawers and doors (my husband’s favorite thing). We added roll-outs in one cabinets, which I love! We also added glass to a couple of the upper cabinets, which is beautiful. John designed the kitchen so that it would be within our budget. The people are amazing. From John, who came out himself to measure our kitchen, to Jenn, who took my many phone calls and worked with me to make sure all the plans were correct. Mike and Dave worked hard supervising the construction and Luke and Patrick came out and did the demo and the installation. They were fantastic! I don’t think they could have done a better job with installation. There was one door that did not pass their inspection. It was pointed out to me when it was delivered. I would not have noticed the defect. They ordered a new door for me and replaced it when it came in. There was one hiccup with the size of a cabinet and that was also corrected as quickly as possible. I highly recommend Premium Cabinets both for the quality of the product and also for the quality of the people you get to work with!

Hard to believe after 37 years I finally have white kitchen cabinets! I searched for cabinets and found that many distributors had various shades of white but few had the pure white shaker style I wanted. Once I found Premium Cabinets my search was over! From the original appointment with Jen, to the firsthand view of the showroom, to meeting the owner John in person, I knew I found the right partner. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and cost point of the cabinets and equally impressed with the installation team and staff. And while no renovation goes without a glitch, the team responded quickly to my needs and immediately resolved a manufacturer issue. I am incredibly pleased with my kitchen renovation and the cabinets reflect the industrial look I was hoping for. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company, and frankly, I could not imagine having a worst experience. It was not only bad, it was HORRIFIC and caused an incredible amount of stress and frustration. We spent $20,000 (including granite) for them to install cabinets and granite and it was the worst mistake we could have made. All the red flags were there, but John was so nice that we decided to go with them. We thought communication was bad before we paid for the cabinets/project, but it was nothing compared to how bad it was once they got our money. We never felt like a valued customer at any point, in fact it felt like they went out of their way to ignore us and drag the project out. We were completely left in the dark every step of the way. After paying we went months without ever hearing from them. There were CONSTANT, and I mean constant, issues along the way and the only way we found out about them was when I called asking for answers. Once the project started, we never knew when they were coming out. Then they would show up for 1-2 hours and then tell us they had to leave to go to another job. They would show up for a couple hours on Monday and wouldn’t come back until Friday or the next week. We were told that the install would take 3-4 days, but plan for a week. Well it took approximately 7 weeks for them to finish the very basic install. I eventually had to finish certain aspects of the job myself in order to get our kitchen close to functional. The install was sloppy and countless mistakes were made. The bulk of the project took approx. 29 weeks (this was only installing cabinets in the exact same place as previous cabinets and installing granite, there were no modifications to the kitchen. 80% of this time was us waiting around having no idea what was going on). AND as of today, nearly an entire year later, they just finally completed the project. There’s a couple things that needs to be fixed, but I’d rather not deal with them anymore, so I’ll just leave it or do it myself. When I look at our kitchen, my first thought isn’t about the kitchen, it’s about the nightmare we experienced with Premium Cabinets, and it practically ruins any positive thoughts we have. I wish I would have just kept the old cabinets and never called them. I was very vocal about my horrific experience with Premium Cabinets throughout the entire project. John was quick to apologize and seemed sincere in apology and wanting to do better. In fact, he called me several times to apologize for their lack of communication and the mistakes that were constantly being made. But, absolutely NOTHING changed and NOTHING ever got better, it only got worse. Not once, or twice, or five times, or seven times, it was absolutely absurd how many issues occurred and how bad they were about addressing those issues.

I would recommend Premium Cabinets. We were offered a good selection and our cabinets look great! Very easy to communicate with everyone. Do consider Premium Cabinets for your remodel.

Our remodel of a 20 year old kitchen was 100% a success with Premium Cabinets. There were some surprises that we didn't anticipate due to the way the house had been originally built. But Premium did an awesome job of giving us options to overcome them. The result is a beautiful kitchen with tons of storage, beautiful countertops, and cabinets. We love our new kitchen. John and Candace are the best to work with.

We love our "new" kitchen! Even though it has been 3+ years since Premium Cabinets provided our cabinets, they still look new and perform perfectly. The quality and beauty of their products are superior! I chose a Blanco sink and faucet; which was purchased along with the cabinets. I had a problem with the nozzle and Blanco requested my purchase information; which I couldn't find. I reached out to Premium and received a very quick response with the information I needed. Premium is a great company and I very much recommend their beautiful, durable cabinets and great service!
