We began our house remodel project five months ago. Nellidene Sunderland was with us from the very beginning to help with the design and the myriad of choices that go along with starting over from scratch and taking a section of a house down to the wall studs. The project has turned out beautifully! From fantastically beautiful new engineered hardwood floors to custom cabinetry in my new kitchen that has amazing features. The coffee / wine bar that was designed with hand crafted stained glass is exquisite. We had SO much help with all of the choices and I couldn't have done this without Nellidene's expertise. She was always willing to help and went over and beyond in assisting us with getting everything right. I would HIGHLY recommend Prairie Sales Company.

In the past I tried DIY remodeling projects but ended up feeling I had put the money in but didn't quite get the results I'd hoped for. This time I hired Nellidene of Prairie Sales Company to design my dream kitchen. Nellidene was creative, responsive and worked within my budget. She gave me tools to determine what my style is and then she guided me through the process of picking what I love. She used her professional expertise to help me create a living area that I am going to enjoy sharing with family and friends for decades. Her professionalism, knowledge and high quality work are exceptional. I would give more stars if I could!

We are so happy we chose Prairie Sales Company to help with our kitchen and mudroom renovation. I couldn't have asked someone better to work with than Nellie. She listened to and looked over all of our "must-haves" and Pinterest boards, and ultimately came up with the best solution for our limited space. . She was so accomodating in coming up with different layouts and drawings when it just wasn't 100% perfect. But looking at the finished product now, it is the best use of the space and we couldn't have done it without Nellie's eye and knowledge of everything! . I am also SO glad that we went against the now-popular white cabinets and went with wood stained. I was so nervous about the color of the stain (did not want anything that looked orange), but Nellie was so accomodating in reviewing multiple wood and countertop samples with all of my color combinations, and even getting additional samples when needed. . Nellie (and even her husband) made recommendations not only on the part of the house she was working on but other rooms as well and we are so thankful. . We are 100% happy with how everything turned out and SO glad we chose PSC over any other company or box store.

Nell helped me take my chicken scratch to a reality! She was so easy to work with. Even though we are an hour apart we were able to work closely together to create a beautiful kitchen. Remodeling is so much work! I didn’t realize how much I needed her help. She was able to keep everything on our 5 week timeline and made sure the installation went so smoothly! There are so many neat features in our custom build cabinets that I would have never thought of. I’ve never seen any cabinets so well built and just so beautiful. Literally seamless. Another huge asset was helping us stay on budget. I’m not sure anyone else would work that hard to not spend our extra money. After three years of dreaming of a new kitchen, and thinking it would never, we are so happy with the outcome! Can’t wait to use her again. Thanks Nell!!

Nellidene guided my new kitchen design and it turned out fabulous! Being a woman, she knows what works best in the kitchen...things I would have never thought of that I love. She was able to incorporate ideas that I had with her suggestions and my kitchen couldn't have turned out any better.

We had our kitchen completed gutted and the layout was completely different from what we had it is amazing how Nellidene just knew exactly what I needed after meeting me one time my kitchen is complete and I absolutely love it it’s flows great with what ever I am doing thank u so much Nellidene

Wow, where do I start?? Redesigning a kitchen is a painless task with Nelledene as your designer. She took my ideas, added her touches, designed a very workable, organized kitchen that fits my husbands, and my personalities. The kitchen looks and feels modern, yet still has the 1930's bungalow country farm house style. Prairie Sales offers great quality cabinets with beautiful finish. Most designers measure once or twice. Not Nelledene, she was at our house measureing before the walls were demolished, when there was just studs, and multiple times after the carpenters had rebuilt the walls. She is very meticulous! She is in constant contact and keeps you updated until the project is completed. Choosing Nelledene as your designer not only will give you a great designer, but you will gain a true friend.
