Portland Remodel

I can't say enough about this company. They took an abandoned house down to the studs. Every room was worked over. Everything came together just as I hoped for. The crew was professional and considerate. Steve H held my hand through the whole process. The work was done long distance. I was in Fl. While the remodel took place in OR. I couldn't be happier!

Steve and his team are fantastic. We had one floor torn down to the studs for our remodel. Kitchen completely transformed. Master bedroom closets expanded and a laundry room was added using a dead space behind the stairs. Our master bath was expanded 2 feet into the garage to make room for a large shower and double sink... I would use again and highly recommend Portland Remodeling. Steve was on budget and the work was excellent.

Steve Heiteen of Portland Remodel is a great resource for almost any home project you are going to do. He has helped me make decisions and prioritize projects I have considered doing. I have had some luck finding contractors through some on-line resources, but many of them did not return calls or show up. Steve will call you and he will show up. •He is a great resource for all aspects of building and remodeling. •He knows the permitting process. •He has skilled people to do the work. •He will keep you informed of the process. Steve recommended a good painting contractor, but I need structural repairs made to my 110 year old house first. He had his crew make all the repairs. They kept me informed of problems were discovered after work began and addressed those problems to my satisfaction. They did the work in a timely manner, were very nice and cleaned up when they were done.
