I had my kitchen completely redesigned by Pondside and I give them an enthusiastic 5-stars! Stephen and Karen Bradley were outstanding. I had four different designers look at my kitchen and Pondside not only came up with the best design but the best quality of cabinets and the best price (and I didn't get the cheapest line). From the moment Stephen walked into my old kitchen he had a vision to improve the layout. He has more than 25 years design experience and it shows. His ability to show me on the computer how moving and altering things would affect the plan and the price was outstanding. He was patient and had excellent suggestions. Karen dealt with the countertop and she also had many good choices for me at an affordable price point. I even made a late change after initially choosing one pattern of granite. I thought it was too late as I had already made a deposit and the granite place had my piece set aside. But Karen was able to accommodate my wishes and the whole experience was very pleasant. Now it is all finished and I couldn't be happier with the design, the quality of the cabinets and the service I received from Pondside. Steve and Karen are wonderful to work with. They are honest and reliable and come up with all sorts of options for all budgets. I thought we couldn't afford to update the kitchen but they worked in our budget and we couldn't be happier.
