Steve rescued us when another company had demolished our old tub and shower in order to install a walk in shower, found mold and rot, and abandoned the project, saying they couldn't handle it. Steve not only handled it, he and his company remodeled the whole bathroom in an efficient, professional, and excellent fashion and even saved us money in the process. I can not recommend Ponpei's Home Remodeling highly enough.

Steve and his team were marvelous: professional, efficient and successful for the kitchen remodel done at our Zocalo condo in Santa Fe, NM. We still are receiving compliments and "WOW" for what was done. His excellent relationship with our kitchen designer (Joan Viele of Kitchen Dimensions) added to the great experience and results achieved. Steve gracefully remodeled a very difficult second story with unexpected damage and unforeseen conditions. His original bid, was very accurate and he always made sure we, the client came first. He is a creative problem solver and we will continue to use him on our remodels.

Pompei’s Home Remodeling, Inc. removed a large leaking glass enclosed sunspace off the living room and replaced it with an extension of the living room that included large picture windows and skylights. The project was extensive and complicated; the end-result was outstanding, and the views are spectacular. Steve Pompei was knowledgeable, responsive, accessible and most helpful throughout the project.

We engaged Pompei's Home Remodeling to undertake an extensive remodel of our 20+ year old home. Steve was a pleasure to work with during the course of the project. He was attentive to our ideas for the remodel but always candid about pros and cons of various options we considered. His crew and subcontractors were competent and efficient in their work. We would certainly recommend Pompei's Home Remodeling to anyone looking for a remodeling contractor.

Mr. Pompei, owner of Pompei Home Remodeling, completed 2 projects for me: one was a fence and gate around my property 2013, and the second raised the height / opening of a garage door to allow storage of a travel trailer 2014. Mr. Pompei has an excellent team of subcontractors. He brought me in contact with an architectural drafts-person who created the plans. With these plans Mr. Pompei personally obtained the necessary city building permits for each project. Mr. Pompei kept to the original cost estimates and timeline for each project. When I asked for additional work or changes, he accommodated my request. Mr. Pompei was always available to address my questions and concerns: promptly returning my phone calls and emails, and making scheduled meetings at my home. Problems during both construction projects were immediately addressed by Mr. Pompei, and corrected. I highly recommend Mr. Pompei to you.

We have worked with this company on 3 significant projects: an addition in 2005, a storage/utility structure in 2010, and a kitchen remodel in 2013, and in addition a recent tile/radiant heating project. On all this work, Steve Pompei had an incredible eye to detail, kept a careful examination of expenditures -- often making money-saving suggestions, and was always attentive to the wishes and and tastes of us homeowners. With each project, we thought this was the "best ever" improvement to our house because of the ease of working with Steve and the beauty of the outcome. We would recommend this company without reservation.

Steve Pompei did three separate jobs for me which involved extensive remodeling of many parts of my home that dates to the 1950's. Some of the work included extending the front of the garage that is attached to the house and putting a sun-room where the back of the garage was, turning one bathroom into two, replacing small windows with much larger ones, and related work. He also built us a separate garage that is detached from the house. Steve is honest and reliable. He provides you with as much information as possible and gives you details of what will be done, how it will be done, and what it will cost. Everything doesn't always go exactly as planned. Especially in remodeling, some things are found only after the work begins. Steve keeps you informed as things progress and, most importantly, he responds quickly when you have a concern or question. Obviously, since I have contracted with Steve repeatedly, I am very happy with what he does and how he does it. The dates and other information below are only for our most recent job, the new garage. I have had Steve doing jobs for my since the year 2000.

Pompei's Home remodeling has done both my kitchen and two bathroom remodels in the last year and a half. They were very professional, handled the jobs in a timely manner and did A plus work. All of the subcontractors were extremely professional and the unit was in spic and span shape when they finished. I couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend them.

Steve Pompei has done several remodeling projects for us spanning almost 20 years. Not only have we been extremely happy with his work ethic, we also have been pleased with his superior workmanship. He estimates a price and a time frame with an ending date. Every time he has accomplished both. And we could not ask for a nicer person to work with! His first project for us were two additions - a studio and a study. The next house was a remodel....kitchen, bathroom and new fireplace. The last project was remodeling a condo - a general update including new skylights, window replacement, replacing tile floors, etc. Highly recommend Steve Pompei!
