Polito Wood Fire Ovens are a family business established in Melbourne, Australia since 1988. Migrating from Southern Italy, Antonio Polito influenced Italian cuisine, bringing the wood fire oven to Melbourne; growing Australia wide. Polito Wood Fired Ovens strives in producing a sustainable product with ethical practice in mind, we implement practices such as using rainwater, energy usage and working chemically free. We are proud of our hand crafted product, using pre cast moulds for all the oven pieces. We keep the oven as a complete natural appliance, as it is the oldest and healthiest form of cooking we are preserving the original method. Our ovens will last a lifetime and survive under all weather. Each oven has been named after great Italian artists. Over the years we have developed as a family business and have enjoyed giving back to the community. We love design and innovation; Antonio together with his family have focused on long lasting design, quality and sustainability.
